One of items i ordered hasn't arrived only to find i think it's out of stock as credit back to my credit card This is only reason i know .. Could of at least sent an email to date me ManyThanks

I was forced to pay a £10 delivery fee despite spending £600 on clothes. The clothes were a great fit however the delivery fee let the experience and service down as it did not come on time and a few days after. If i am refunded this i will be satisfied.

Shopped with cruise for as long as i can remeber but this was my forst online purchase.. Got an email saying my order had been processed wait for an email from us to tell you your order has been delivered instore and its time to collect, 8 days passed no further email i decided to go into the store and check if my order had been delivered my order had been sitting for days..a little email would have been nice

£6.99 is extortionate delivery price and in Northern Ireland despite having a store in Belfast, you don’t offer the option to collect in store. Very disappointed 😔

I have never had a problem with cruise before but this time they sent me the brown trainers when I ordered black.The trainers have been sent back for refund and I will use cruise again because this was a one off and accidents happen.

You should be more clear on delivery time was sent a message to say parcel was being delivered on the 23rd of December took day off never came till 24th phoned and was told nothing is guaranteed when ordered on a Saturday yet sent email to say what day it was arriving

My order included Hugo Boss Pool sliders, however, the day they were shipped I was informed they were out of stock. If that was the case you could have offered me an alternative choice as they come in many colours. Now i will have to pay another delivery charge just to get the alternative pool sliders. Also the ones i had picked are still showing as in stock on your website. I like your items and service normally, but this kind of thing could be easily solved with a simple email.

Although I was happy with the item I received I did pay £9.99 for next day delivery but didn’t receive it till 3 days after so that was not only a waste of money but very disappointing Mrs Edwards

Good choice, decent prices for the clothing etc, however, the prices charged for postage are extremely excessive!! Most websites offer free delivery if you spend over a certain amount - but not cruise! In addition to this, most websites (if they do charge), only do so at around £3.99 whereas cruise charge double this. If you are shopping for one item it puts people off. I personally have chosen to shop elsewhere as I have found the same items on another website with free delivery. May seem minor, but certainly costs cruise a lot of custom.

Very annoyed to of paid £10 for next day delivery and my order arrived three days later! I understand Christmas is a busy time for Royal Mail but you should make other couriers available who can stick to their times when yours customers are paying such a high charge for next day delivery.

Never go into store now or a flannel store unless to collect. Staff aren’t that helpful so always order online. However I find the shipping costs even to store a little steep compared to other large retailers

Having being lucky enough to shop in Cruise for many years I was more than disappointed without ever ever being indulgent at Christmas I treat my daughter in law to something nice This year I bought her a Scarf @£350 when it was delivered it was in a Plastic bag inside a plastic bag but had I gone to the Brands Store it would have been at least wrapped nicely as I have bought from them before in my Opinion a little effort would have gone a long way I thought by buying this from a Shop and not the ‘Company’ that makes these Luxury items so that we are supporting shops but never ever again a little Festive thought would have been much appreciated Thanks

Paid for next day delivery £9.99 on a pair of trainers £340. They did not turn up till 3 days later missing the 2 occasions I wanted them for, when emailing cruise team nobody had the common decency to reply to my mail. Item purchased spot on delivery and customer service leaves something to be desired.

Like cruise and the designer labels they sell. But last visit I Was overcharged for an item completely different price rang up it wasn’t till walked out and thought for a minute that was to much I went back and it was the salesperson mistake she rectified it and put the overcharged amount to my card but was told I’d have to wait a few days to see it. Ridiculous that you can overcharged and take my money out of bank in a sec bit I have to wait days to get it back

Disappointing that you have to pay for delivery and returns when usually spending significant money. Most online retailers offer free delivery and returns.

Ordered an Alexander McQueen t shirt and had to exchange it as it was too big. Didn’t have a medium so I have been refunded which is good. However £6.99 for standard delivery and £9.99 for next day is a bit steep and I also had to pay postage for the return which is not what I would have expected
