Wasn’t happy I had to pay £6.99 for postage after I spent £110 on a top

Hi there Your service has been very good but it is unclear when you place the order if you will be sending out the goods. I had to call the customer service team who were so helpful so thank you 😊 to find out. Also unfortunately the trainers I ordered for my husband had quite a sparkle shimmer on them and this detail was not included in the product description and didn’t look like this in the picture so unfortunately we had to send them back and it’s cost us £11 to do so. Otherwise thank you and we would order from you again BUT putting us off is the returns policy especially in relation to paying for delivery and the price of the shoes. :) and they don’t look the way they do on the website :(

No problem with the product, but ordered it on the 12th to have for a birthday present on 21st. It arrived n the 22nd

It takes to long for the call center people to answer the call. International orders could not be updated efficiently, please look at my latest order. I see great potential of this company.

I am shocked that for a purchase of £2550 I was charged delivery on top. Most retailers offer free delivery. Dissapointing!

I think it’s terrible that you could spend unlimited amount of money in ur store and not get free delivery and also need to pay to return parcels

Nice jumper and selection of clothes online. Product arrived, but was returned due to size not fitting. Postage costs are excessive at £6.99 and was 5 days before posting, and a week to receive which is quite slow.

I need to send my order back as the item I bought is to small. I would like to know if there is another way or sending this order back and ordering another size without the cost of delivery ans sending the other one back. This going to be an expensive addition if so.

Brands and quality very good.dont agree when I purchase a shirt costing £215 I have to pay £7.00 delivery and also pay to return item as didn’t fit.this will stop me buying in the future.Not happy.

Would have rated higher if it wasn’t for delivery / return costs being expensive in relation to other online retailers. Why can’t you offer free delivery / returns to store like a lot of other companies or even free home delivery if the customer spends over a certain amount? When spending hundreds of pounds at a time I don’t expect to feel as though I’m being ripped off for delivery / return costs.

I like Cruise and am a long standing customer which is why I am scoring 3/5 however had this been my first purchase I’d 100% be scoring 1/5. As I write my short review I am still waiting on a jacket to arrive. 1 item was delivered last week and another was cancelled as out of stock. You have managed to get 1 item out of 3 to me. Truly awful. If you do read this please find out where my sons Stone Island jacket is and let me know 👍🏻

Everything was really good apart from I ordered two items and you sent them separately for me to collect without telling me this. Therefore I had to travel twice when I could’ve only had to have made one trip if you would’ve told me. This was an extra time and cost wasted.

Love the clothing, but have to be very careful ordering as returns aren’t free unlike other high end retail sites.

Item arrived as described however was for a birthday present thus ordered on Tuesday at 07:44 and paid for next day deliver. Didn’t get confirmation til Wednesday after 4. Then emailed customer service who didn’t respond til following day though they did refund next day delivery charge. Item finally arrived in Friday.

Disappointed returns are not free or that you cannot return in store. Not the service you would expect from a store like Cruise
