Ordered after 5pm which is the deadline for next day delivery so I was expecting to get it 2 days after however it arrived the next day so was very pleased ! I do think if you’re spending a lot of money on a designer item it should come a bit more presentable than folded in a plastic bag. Opened the bag and the jumper looked perfect, then I noticed the security tag still in!!! I needed this item to wear at the weekend hence why I used next day delivery so had no time to be sending it back to get it removed, thankfully my dad did it but this should never happen!!

Great products but received in poor packaging for the money spent. No more cruise labelled pouch for clothes which is disappointing

My historic experiences with Cruise has been flawless. However, a recent delivery arrived with only half the items were not received. A Customer Service ticket (CAS-4636906-Z3X1P8) has been processed.

Dress lovely but too big. I would have tried smaller size except for cost of postage. This puts you off ordering anything else at £6:75 to deliver, but only £3:55 to return! Why less? Other companies offer free delivery and returns. Without free returns not sure I would order again. The delivery charge I can accept as parking and petrol would cost the same.

An accurate description of the clothing I bought on the website would’ve been helpful because the item I received wasn’t the brief description on the website, although acceptable. Delivery on the hand was fantastic.

Ordered a Vivienne Westwood top and it says on the website fits to size and I’m usually a small but the small did not even go near me

Paid for next day delivery which would have been the Friday but it arrived on the Monday. I contacted yourselves and the £10 was paid back.

Delivery was quick, however I find the postage a bit expensive and also that if the item has to be returned it is also expensive

£6.99 for the delivery of a Tee Shirt which took 7 days is unacceptable. Most online companies can have the item delivered the following day or the day after. This expensive postal/delivery process is not efficient and would make me consider buying from Cruise again.

Item came but was very dusty and had a mark by the armpit of the jacket from deodorant or from someone trying it on. Didn’t bring it up as I had to clean and sort it myself. So 3 stars is all I will give.

I’m very happy with my purchase but what let you down from getting a very good was the delivery service! I paid £6.99 for delivery to my home address which then went to a local collection point so had to arrange for it to be collected from there.
