“Emailed customer service for fitting advice and received nothin back, not impressed. Needed to order the item, luckily the fit was correct and didn’t have to return. On the upside, delivery was quick.”

“It’s great services and like all the clothing is amazing and we hit a good deal, the only problem was is that the security tag was still on the clothing so we had to go though our way to cruise and get it taken off”

“I spent £315 on a tshirt. The packaging was awful, as it came in a flimsy plastic bag. Honestly, I expected more. Whether you expect it or not, my advice is just to make the packaging a bit nicer.”

“I was very concern, that no one was home to sign for my item off purchase! So, the parcel was left unintend, at the door step. Also, the original delivery date was 15th off July! Not the 12th.. When it was delivered! Please can you send me the tracking details of new consignment?! Yours Faithfully. John Michael McCrossan”

“Love the site and clothes but paying for delivery and returns puts me off using the site again especially when the items are generally very expensive. Free delivery and returns is offered by most retailers almost to the extent where you come to expect it.”

“Well firstly I ordered a pair of shorts that were in fact out of stock which left me waiting for my refund. The rest of the order were three tops which must of been posted in two separate deliveries two in one and the other in another, and I’ve only received one of these tops so far”
