Considering it is a place to buy designer stuff and obviously it isnt cheap how it came i wasnt happy with. The bag was undone and the straps just stuffed in there. I emailed them about it and all they came back with was it was an outlet item and we wouldnt resell it if the bag wasnt in a resaleable condition. I know that but obviously you couldve at least presented it nicer and at least done the zip back up, it was like you just stuffed the straps back in hence the strap was bent when sent to me. After paying a lot of money for it I wouldve expected it to be sent to me at least with the zip done up. there is nothing wrong with the actual bag just the straps was bent with how it was just stuffed in there.

Paid for next day delivery - item was delivered next day. Item arrived in good condition. However, will be returning the item as it arrived with the electronic security still attached.

Only issue I had was I got 20% off the goods didn’t fit when I sent them back I didn’t get my 20% back , I thought was poor after all the years I’ve shopped with cruise and the money I’ve spent . DB

My order was delayed by over a week because of an item that they were waiting for. I then received my order ten days after I placed it to be told it was out I stock. I was annoyed as it was a gift and I paid £6.99 postage

All items I've ordered have been great. However I got a 3 pack of Hugo boss t shirts and 1 still had the security tag on it.

The only reason it’s a 3 for me is that the Dsqaured 2 hoodie I bought had cracks in the jumper and i didn’t notice when I bought. I couldn’t return as I live far away and I bought it in store

Wrong t-shirt delivered but in all honesty was nicer than the one I ordered. Could have been really upsetting though. Also the clock on the order page is wrong could affect next day delivery

No problems other than the delivery company you used left the package on top of our blue bin ( wouldn't have minded if they had put it in the blue bin out of sight ) when I had asked for it to be delivered to our neighbour, as I knew we were going to be out. Luckily it was there when we arrived home , no problem with Cruise.

High brands normally have free delivery, makes no sense u sell nice posh brands and want to add up the delivery, i love Cruise n their variety, but the delivery has never impresed me to think that cruise goes the extra mile to make a good impression! Im sure Cruise can afford it :) as added value

I wondered if there is any point to review again and again when our concerns and recommendations are not applied at all. I have always suggested that there has to be a benchmark for free postage. I suggested that there have to be discount codes occasionally for customers to feel rewarded. I have always suggested that it is important that free returned is considered or a benchmark to consider that. I believe that Cruise Fashion should emulate some of the big companies in the clothing line like it and reward customers accordingly.

I have always felt that the fact Cruise only have one delivery option available which is £6.99 quite shocking, considering the average priced item is at least £100. Other delivery options should be made available, or even a collect in store option.

Hi Cruise I bought an ETON shirt. I'm really happy about that. I have ordered a size of 2xl. On the shirt I received, is an XL size 43 on paper, the size is a 2XL. I want my shirt changed to a size 45 - 2xl with best regards Jens Overgaard
