The range of clothing and accessories is brilliant but paying for delivery and to return items is a joke! When you spend over £900 and still have to pay delivery and for registered returns which is around £12.00 signed for just for one pair of jeans. Only company who sells designer goods that do this!

Love the stone island top that fitted me.... not so happy I had to pay the return postage for the stone island top that didn’t fit me! I will think twice before placing an order

Competitive prices, great with extra discount but shoes boxes were damaged, dust bags dirty, and items did not feel as though they were brand new Each item looked as though it was returned by a customer previously

I’ve been shopping in Cruise in Edinburgh for over 25 years. Sadly the customer experience is increasingly poor...limited Instore offering meaning I have to shop online. However, Cruise struggle to compete there as similar retailers that I use selling high-end men’s designer clothes have free next day shipping and free returns. Cruise have adopted the same process as their low end sister companies like USC...expensive shipping and returns now at customer’s cost too. I want a customer experience synonymous with the £ I spend and the brands I buy...instead Cruise under MASH abandoned their loyalty scheme and are now closer to a Sports Direct...The end is near for me...

Great service but having to pay £15 for a return doesn’t make sense to me from a big company such as yourself when smaller company’s offer free returns. This is off putting from ordering with you online. Won’t be ordering again for this reason

This was my first time buying an item from this shop online. I have not been put of buying from here but was left very disappointed when I received a jumper that had the badge ripped. Very disappointing from such a great company.

If this is for cruise glasgow great if for cruise fashion just very disappointed at return policy cost £6.99 to get and £11.25 to return so in future I would go into shop not buy online again

The items arrived in a timely fashion, however the price of delivery is a lot more expensive than competitors and also the bag that I purchased still had the security tag in which was a little frustrating and embarrassing!!!

The service is fast to be fair however I think it's ridiculous when u choose the option click & collect that u still get charged £7 .

I love cruise because of its vast variety of feat designers but I feel you don’t reward regular customers. I also think you shouldn’t have to pay delivery. Just my opinion but I love your shop and that’s my only concern.. Many thanks Gavin Grant

The items that i purchased were perfect, however, your delivery costs are extortionate, considering it is only DPD that you use and i have other websites that use DPD and i pay £10 for free next day delivery for a year, so £7 for one item is beyond extortionate

Item was delivered fine and great to have options in where to deliver. However I do feel that having to pay for returns for an item from the store is excessive. It should be complimentary delivery and returns or an option to return in store (flannels or cruise!) When I raised this with one of the customer advisers I didn't really get much If a response and just to accept it. When I asked if they could get my sizes in certain items into the store I got no reply. It's as if they don't want I make a sale.

We ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a hardbag. Most of the items were perfect however we returned one pair of shoes due to the size and asked for an exchange. The replacement shoes were delivered quickly but the shoes were not acceptable - the metal features were loose on one shoe, the shoes were scratched and some of the packaging was missing. 3 out of 4 isn't bad, but the fact that we were given a faulty product priced at £114 shoes a poor attention to service. Value for money Good Delivery Time Good Packaging Good Quality Control Needs improving
