“Very easy to order and submit my purchase as well as paying for it. But I’ve yet to receive my parcel or delivery times or email to confirm which delivery company will have the parcel & no time or date specified for delivery even tho it says 3/5 working days and this is now the 6th working day this was ordered last Wednesday would like day to day updates/emails on the whereabouts of my parcel. Other than that all has been a good experience. Thanks”

“I paid extra money for next day delivery, but my item didn’t come on time, and the items that I bought for birthday, in order to make it work, I need go to pick it by myself , and I spent extra £46 for taxis.”

“Good service. And love my item. But my item came with black marks on the cuffs and bottom of shirt. Looked like it had been dropped on a dusty floor. No photo as had to wash it as you couldnt have worn it without . Shame!”

“I’ve been a long time shopper with Cruise and would normally give a 5 star review but this last order was hopeless. 2 different packages and one took longer than a week to come. That’s maybe okay if it’s free delivery but I paid £6.99. I complained online that I thought it wasn’t good enough but didn’t get a response to that.”

“I found your communication with me was very vague, I only received 50% of my order with no info explaining what was happening with whole order, only when I mailed you was I informed my order was going to be in to parts, when your spending a lot of money on products you expect a high level of service, I didn't think you achieved this”

“I had to return for an exchange because the item was too big. The registered postage was €15 (expensive). This could have maybe be avoided if you had a model wearing it and digesting what size the model is wearing. I’m usually a size Uk8 and had to return for size UK 6. Also this is not guaranteed you will still have the item in stock to replace it which will actually bring the rating down.”
