Great service and products, good range of clothing. Only downside is the delivery charge I feel is quite high compared to a lot of the others.

Well i can't write a review as I am still waiting on my parcel getting delivered that is over a week I've waited I do appreciate Xmas holidays but still could've received it between Xmas and new year so I'm not very happy.

Cruise always provides me with high quality products as expected and the delivery is always very quick. However I find the delivery pricing extremely high, especially when someone is already spending a lot of money on products. I find the George Street Store in Edinburgh relatively well stocked, however I sometimes feel like the staff see it as chores to serve customers causing me to not feel very welcome in store. Though this has only been on a few occasions. Other than that I feel that Cruise offers good service.

Wasn’t happy with product as it had a hole in the material, now sent it back and I havnt received anything to let me know you have received it, taking a long time

I love shopping at cruise, however it advertises items that aren’t even in stock. This could be improved as it is a huge inconvenience.

Please with the product however I paid for next day delivery but item was not delivered until3 days later. Despite sending an email I have had no response. Maybe because it is the festive period but disappointing.

Website and purchasing was smooth and delivery on time and as expected. The item, however, came with a pen mark. Not acceptable. Items should be checked before leaving the warehouse. Returns procedure is arduous though and I will probably just take to dry cleaners instead. Which, in my opinion, is the whole point of the difficult return process.

I was very happy with quick delivery and good sale price ........but unfortunately when I opened it on Xmas eve to wrap it .......1 side of the Michael Kors label had came away from the stitching which was a bit disappointing

No issues whatsoever with the offer/website/sale. Although I bought these on 19 December, I was told they would be delivered on 20, then 21, then 22 and eventually 24th December. It’s now the 27th December. I realise it’s a busy time of year for all concerned but 8 days for delivery of one item is poor service. Cheers Liam

I was pleased with the delivery and quality of item, but not very pleased to see the item had a price tag on it for £35 but I was charged £40. I have sent an email to this effect but was given exuces about previous promotions, perhaps you should get someone to check items before sending out, therefore I will not be ordering from you again.

Happy with things i bought, but delivery service not the best , paid for next day delivery but this did not happen, it was two days so not worth paying extra for!

You need to give more info on sizing as most of your stuff doesn’t relate to the actual size For example I’ve bought a few shirts all not the size they have on label are these seconds or you could give a real life fit as buying online I send most stuffs back and it really puts me off future buying

If the delivery charge was less I would buy more. I think over £6 for delivery is excessive

Great product, great packaging, poor delivery price. As a business it maybe worth studying how many people back out of a sale due to paying very high delivery and return fee’s. Thanks, Dan

I think when you pay for high end clothes shoes etc you should not be charged for delivery or return

I have ordered from Cruise previously and order always arrives on time and clothes are of excellent quality. The only reason I give 3 stars is that my order this time was for over £500 and I still had to pay a delivery charge of £6.99 which I feel is a bit much considering the amount I have spent.

My order was 1 week late and the courier did not deliver item to drop off as per my request. DPD decided to send my parcel back to Cruise after me contacting DPD and Cruise Customer Services. I was given a refund and I called Cus services but was advised that they couldn't help and I had to order the item again. Second time around so received the item the next day. Well done Cruise!
