The service from Cruise has been absolutely fine. I do think the postage is overpriced. The negative comments really come with the courier service. DPD were due to deliver my parcel on Friday last week. We are not on Wednesday & the parcel has still not arrived. I got an email from Cruise last week to advise that the parcel had been collected by the Courier, however, DPD stated they had not collected the parcel until yesterday. Given the price of postage, and the fact I do not yet have the parcel. I do not feel the service has been very good.

Good service, fast postage, however £7.00 is very expensive for postage. There should be a collect from store option that is free or mimimum charge. I would buy more if the delivery wasn’t as expensive.

Prices are confusing bought a jumper online in the sale for £125 with another £6.99 which is a joke same jumper in store for £88

Cloths came dirty, package wasn’t ripped as I delivered them to myself, but took them back and exchanged for clean cloths

Delivery charge when other retailers give you the option of orders over certain amount spent, offer you free delivery and free returns also, could cruise/sports direct take up on this offer

Received belt at states time - excellent. However belt arrived in a Jiffy bag wrapped in plastic ‘popper’. I would have thought as per previous purchases I would have received belt in cruise box.

I bought a pair of shoes from the Cruise online outlet. While the buying process was easy and trouble free, I feel that Cruise should offer free delivery for products over a certain price. I had to pay 7 pounds delivery fee for standard delivery of a product worth 177 pounds. Please change this policy.

But disappointed in spending £522 but get no £50 off voucher because someone of the stuff I bought was already discounted .It shouldn't matter .I still spent over £250.I spend a lot of money online and in my local cruise store .

Won’t be shopping online again with cruise £10 for delivery then £15 for returners . 3 items keeped one so my1 item cost £145 instead of £120

Ordered a boss jumper for my husband as a Christmas gift and when it arrived I was disappointed with the product so sent it back straight away

Good choices but when items aren't suitable that you've bought online, it's a real hassle to return them as you can't return them to a store and it's expensive to send back.

No problems with order. Disappointing there is no returns lable. Pay for your own returns is ridiculous considering the amount of money spent.

Presentation is key , I found that my clothes could have been better presented , I spent 7 pounds on delivery which didn't please me , but all round good website and clothes to choose from

I ordered 2 pairs of training shoes which the web site permitted me to do however 2 days later I received an email to say that one of the selections I had made was out of stock. If they were out of stock the system should not have permitted me to order them.

Hi I’ve been a long term customer of cruise and spent thousands of pounds and the one thing I think could improve is the delivery charge it’s unreal the cost or delivery and you get no rewards for being a loyal customer either.
