I think It’s crazy why shoo doesn’t have free postage when you spend over £50 or click and collect to shop is free to play all that money for a product and then £5.99 postage on top is a disgrace if you ask me when shops do better deals

Overall delivery service is quick and efficient however ,I feel the delivery cost is far too high -standard delivery is £7.00 even if it’s only one item that is being ordered which can be very off putting in that situation -also if you want to return by your local post office (For those living in a rural area for example )again it’s the customer having to pay for this and as these goods are high cost it’s semsible to have the parcel insured for loss so this again is expensive .I would use both Cruise and Flannels more often if the initial delivery cost was lower and to be competitive in this market all returns should be free of charge . Also it would be really helpful if the customer could state online or in the app (for e.g like the Zara system )if you need to exchange for a different size and the new size could be reserved there and then and the stock being returned also then made available .Currently you have to return and hope the other size will be there by the time your parcel gets back to Cruise or otherwise re -orderand .pay for the items again and pay yet another delivery charge-..again this deters me a lot of the time sometimes from using Cruise . The other issue is around customer service and follow up -firstly the telephone number being extremely hard to find and then most of the time noone answers the phone or you are kept on hold for a long time .More promotion codes /discounts more often would also be a real incentive to use Cruise.

That was my first time purchasing from cruise online. The delivery was prompt but I expect things to come in original packaging - I bought Agent provocateur pieces and they came in a cruise zip bag instead of the usual AP box. Which is not ideal when you’re buying a present.

Eg. I had bought a pair jeans and a belt online which cost for delivery which I understand . The belt didn’t fit so I wanted to return it however I couldn’t return/exchange it in store, I had to post it off and pay for it and didn’t get my money back after a while. This is not a complaint just would like to put this out there and probably make a change, thanks.

Guys I’ve an email from DPD saying my parcel was at a neighbours. We was in at the time though so find this odd. I’ve been to the neighbours and the surname given isn’t them. Also they have no parcel. This was Friday, I’ve emailed DPD with no reply as yet. Is there anything you can do to help ? DPD code 15501972113011

Clothes are fab but don’t understand why it’s £6.99 delivery when it’s DPD which is used by most shops for about £3-4 and the items cannot be returned in store which equates to a further £4 to return. £11 overall to receive and return something which didn’t fit - not the best service!

Although I paid over £9 for next day delivery I was informed on the day it was meant to arrive that it would not be delivered, consequently meaning i was unable to wear the dress to the event i bought it for.

Firstly, I am of the opinion that cruise reviews its postage charge. It's unfortunate that if you buy almost £2000 worth of clothing you will pay for postage. At least there should be a benchmark amount (maybe £300) that will attract or require free postage. Also, there should be a paid return stamp in case customers want to return any unwanted item etc. Secondly, there should a point based system whereby points are allocated to customers on each purchase. Thirdly, there should be a voucher-based system to encourage and appreciate regular and even new customers. These are some of the ways to encourage and appreciate your customers. It is very important that some or all of these suggestions/recommendations are adopted. I believe if they're adopted there will a significant customer increase and also increase in purchases. Many thanks for this customer feedback opportunity.

Really great service when ordering & tracking delivery, although disappointed in expensive delivery charge. Now that I’ve had to return items , it cost me over £10 to return them. They were sent recorded next day delivery and after 1 week I have not received any confirmation the items have been received back or when I can expect a credit. So I’ve spent £17 on delivery fees and nothing to show for it. Will think twice about ordering again!

Products came through ok and were what I was looking for. Delivery charges are extortionate and the fact you don't get free returns after paying so much for delivery in the first place is a bit of a joke. Will stick to shopping in the shops.

I placed an order for a dress plus the added £6.99 delivery and it arrived within two days, this was excellent. However, I requested a Medium size but was sent a Small instead. In order to send the parcel back I then had to pay £8.71 postage for a delivery which was an incorrect item. It’s not an ideal first impression of shopping with Cruise. I would like to believe it’s a ‘one off’ error. Meantime one £15 out of pocket for an item I didn’t request.
