I think the postage is too expensive and it is one of the reasons I don’t use the website more. I had to return my order and the size I wanted is not available. I’m £10 short now with £6.99 postage and another £3 to return and nothing to show for it

Only a 3 due to the £5.99 delivery and if you want to send something back you need to pay for your postage

It’s great when you get a sale item but when you pay for delivery at £6.99 and the a return @£13.14 it’s isn’t vey good. You are the only company that charges for delivery and returns at a weight I think it’s a bit unfair. If it were free returns I would shop even more and the delivery is also a bit on the steep side as you pay a higher fee but still have to wait up to 5 days most company’s pay higher for nxt day I hope this can be altered

Made two separate orders, one was ok, but another not, it took 4 days to write me that my order is cancelled,but it happened only then when i wrote 4 emails regarding this order.After that they wrote me that it will take 2-5 days for money back to my account,it is more than a week still not have money, dissapointed

I feel like the smell is not as strong as the other ones I have used before.. I have been using this perfum for more than 20yrs..!

In store the staff are inattentive and very unapproachable. Therefor I opted to purchase items online. The delivery cost is far too expensive, I received a package from Hermes and this was delivered free of charge and quicker, considering this cane from París.

I have rated as a 3 star as I received the bag I ordered very quickly and it was packaged very well .... however the dust bag that should come with the bag wasn’t included ...... which is the reason I didn’t give a higher star ....... if my dust bag hasn’t been delivered by 30th July 2018 I will be returning my £1360.00 handbag for a full refund

Paid next day delivery didn’t get it till 2 days later because it was weekend so why ask is it next day that was a present I needed next day my delivery should be refunded to my account

I enjoy shopping with Cruise and do so a lot! I shop in Glasgow- outlet and main store in Ingram Street, where the staff are fantastic. I like shopping the website but would appreciate free returns . I recently made a return and it was quite expensive. I also think it could be a wee bit more user-friendly.

I feel the p&p charges are ridiculous and not even a free of charge return - a company as big as cruise/flannels should easily be able to offer this service

The reason I chose acceptable is because I spent more than £200 on good and still have to pay for delivery. When I returned an item and have to pay for the return as well. Compare to other on line store above £70 is free delivery and the return always been free. Beside that I really like Cruise Fashion because you have a lot of items.

I wasnt in the house so instead of dpd buzzing my next door neighbours house,they decided to leave my parcel on the steps outside my flat where anyone could have taken it.not the first time ive had problems with this courier either.

Great communication and fast delivery. Although packaging of sunglass box was very damaged. Not great when its for a gift.

Products arrived on time and in great condition. Price was competitive. I wasn’t impressed with the delivery charges - if you want to return any items you also have to pay for postage, this seems a little outdated and unfair.

I feel that some of the brands are poorly stocked ie. sizes and range. Also, I find it ridiculous that I can spend a large sum of money on clothes and still be charged £6.99 for standard delivery- I find this an issue as other less expensive clothing sites can offer free standard delivery and, even, next day delivery at a cost still less than yourselves.

The price for delivery is shocking considering how much you are spending online. Also it’s doesn't include the return! Would much rather go in to a store.

Delivery Quick But Expensive (£6.99). Returns are Not Free. I purchased a jacket over £300 and it was squeezed into a very small delivery bag. No care in the world for the garment. Thats why I returned the item.
