Bought a jacket and few dresses. The jacket came with broken pocket inside, one of the dresses were without a plastic bag and a proper tag. Other dress bag was damaged but it does't affected the dress. However for the price I've paid I would expect my items to be delivered in proper condition. Email contacted them 4 days ago straight after opened my order, still no response. Delivery to Uk 6.99 and I had to pay for return postage as well

Product was as described but postage wasn't, cheapest available was 5.99 and said it would be delivered on Easter Sunday, which obviously didn't happen and website was still saying on Monday that it would be delivered on Sun? Finally collected on Tues but why cause unnecessary hassle, had the courier said it would be Tuesday from the get go I'd have been fine with that but this was just poor planning. Prob wouldn't use again on the cost /hassle basis

Just because I didn’t like the item I ordered it still cost me £20 to ship and return when purchasing £340 shoes wouldn’t do it again to expensive if item doesn’t fit or suit

So you pay £6.99 for delivery which should be 3-5 working days.. I ordered my item on a wednesday and it arrived the wednesday after.. 7 days. I have heard about how appauling your delivery online is but wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt. I know sportsdirect are leeches and want all the money they can get but why on earth is click and collect the exact same price and in random places like Curry’s?! I have a Cruise in my town. Just because you sell luxury fashion does not mean the prices have to be so ridiculous for delivery, your other competitors do not charge that much at all !

Quality of the order was fine, was just the size was too small, and I took it back to the cruise shop in Glasgow and was told that I couldn’t swap or take it back there, so will have to wait 14 days for a refund. Just a bit annoying

I received the Gucci trainers in the post and one of the shoe was obviously tried on in store by someone and there is a piece of leather got damaged inside one of the shoe. I meant to call the customer service and maybe to exchange for another better pair but just realised that I had to pay to return the parcel... with busy work schedule I can’t really spare the time to go to post for this yet... wondering if I keep the shoes then would extra discount be given ( I have taken a pic of the part where it’s damaged and since it’s located inside the shoe so I suppose I can put up with it if additional discount can be given. Please do let me know if this is possible, thanks

I wasn't happy. Item wasn't as described. Skinny jeans were slim fit and not skinny fit.

Would have awarded 5 stars if it wasn’t for the high postage prices. I’ve never placed an order below £100 and feel cruise should offer free postage on orders over a certain amount.

Delivery should be next day for £7, and you should be able to speak to customer services on the phone as opposed to email

I’ve commanded shoes size 7 (41EU) and I receive size 7 but (40 2/3) si They are too short. I’m upset !!!

The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. However, the product was incorrectly described and sized on the website so I was forced to return it. Although I got my refund the next day, which was great, I ended up out of pocket by £7 as I was only refunded the initial delivery, not the delivery to return the item. I would never have had to pay this if the size details hadn't been so woefully inaccurate on the web-page.

Ordered 2 items both in stock only to receive email saying order amended two 1 item item in stock when order placed now need to have another 6.99 delivery charged if i buy another item not very impressed

Unable to amend an error straight after ordering so I have to pay to return. The postage charge is ridiculous in first place despite spending a fair amount on clothing, should include free returns.
