“Old fashioned delivery service. Charges you for a standard delivery. No next day available. Then you have to pay to send goods back!?!! Can’t even return at store. Too much hard work. Will not be ordering from cruise again.”

“Fast delivery and prompt refund but delivery charge far to excessive and no free returns the item I ordered was not suitable but after paying delivery and return charges I have paid out £12 and got nothing for my trouble.Far to expensive to shop online with cruise .”

“A decent offering in the Edinburgh store with helpful staff. Online experience is not great, charge for a very poor delivery service is far too high. Competitors offer free delivery on high value items.”

“The products they sell. Appalled that the customer has to pay posting for returns when other shops, you don’t. I will never shop online at cruise again!! I will pass this info on to anyone I know. £36 I had to pay!”

“Great product range but your delivery/returns options are well below par for a leading retailer. I gather that you feel that people will still shop with your because you have brands that others dont. Your main competitiors end clothing , zee and co. All offer next day delivery and a free return service. Lagging.”

“I like shopping with yourselfs but placed an order the other day . I noticed one of the items that I had bought was the the wrong size . I phoned the next working day to ask yourself to change it to the right size . But you said you’s couldn’t change it because the order had been placed . Even before the iteams had been dispatched . I think it was a bit poor service from yourselfs .”

“Good service however, cruise was my last choice due to delivery charges and packaging. Buying expensive Christmas gifts, would be much better coming in boxes instead of the plastic bags! Also spending over £600 and still having to pay delivery costs when most other sites offer free delivery for this amount.”

“Delivery was quick and the packaging was very impressive What’s not so impressive is not being able to return goods to the Cruise store and instead having to use (and pay) for a recorded mail return and then wait up to 14 days for a refund.”
