Package arrived well and quickly. However I think the delivery charge is way excessive! ! That is a put off, as customer has to pay for return, special delivery! !

Easy website to navigate, great deal with discount. Did not receive a reply however when i asked if there was prolonged return dates for Christmas presents.

Hey I shop in store and on line but recently we have been waiting on code from store for our discount as we spent a lit within your company and our recent online order we didn't receive our ? £50 voucher and I sent and email and didn't receive answer from yourself ?? X Tracy mccusker

I was happy because my order came fast but this time I wasn’t very happy with the condition on the boxes that the boxer shorts came in they were a little bashed up on the corners and a bit crushed it’s jist they are for gifts

Product got here earlier than expected but i think there should be an option to come and collect it in store for free because the only option to get the product is to pay £7 or whatever it is

The delivery services was excellent, however I only received 1 item out of the 2 in the parcel. I called up to find out the other item had been missed out and is now sold out. It was a gift for my 16 year old brother so very disappointing

I’m happy with the service and the quality of the products you send out, however, I think that you should have the option of free returns, especially when the delivery charge is as high as £6.99. I ordered jeans and they didn’t fit so I returned them for a bigger size and because of the high value of the package it cost me £8.70 to send them back. And if the new pair do not fit me then I would have to return them and that would cost me an additional £8.70. I just don’t think that’s very fair when the initial delivery charge is so high.

Quick delivery but poor after sale service. Can't believe the item is out of stock and only received part of my order and I need to spend a lot of money to post it back due to high value of the actual item I've ordered. Queued 30mins to speak to someone and been told it is' terms and conditions' to receive part order?! Okay thanks will not order from you again.

The communication online from when ordering was excellent. However the customer service in store is appalling. We visited the store last Saturday with a view to purchasing shoes, a jacket and scarf for myself and shoes and a scarf for my wife. From when we emtered the store to leaving (approx 30mins) we were unapproached or even acknowledged by any member of staff. Moreover I had picked up x2 Gucci scarves, walked to the cash desk where an assistant looked at me and walked away! Will not be back on store again

I am very happy about your online service, only downside is having to pay for your returns not like other big company's who have a drop off for returns. I had a really bad experience in your store in Glasgow and this has turned me off shopping in store. your manager refused to take back a pair of shoes that were one week old and worn for 2 hours stating it was my fault, when they were returned to a Christin lauboution store they were taken from me, fixed and returned as they agrees the shoes weee faulty however your manager refused to aknowlege this! I am not a happy customer!!!!!!

Hi, just s bit of feedback regards delivery. I purchase a substatial amount of cruise clothing through out the year and can’t really fault the wide range of desingers to choose from. I thought I would purchase this time via the web instead of going to the shop. The items received where delivered quick, but the cost of sending them back was extortionate!!!!!!! You recommend sending the items back via a secure method, which I agree, but the cost was nearly £30!!!! To send back!!! There are a lot of different outlets out there where I can purchase my designer clothes and I hope this expierence doesn’t put me off buying from cruise again??? Hope you can help restore my faith in cruise once more Regards Stephen Spensley

The one thing that I find most disappointing is that the Customer has to pay Postage for returning goods even though the garments are 'a poor size fit/not totally accurate to size' in some cases. You are the only company I deal with who asks for paid Postage from customers. Perhaps you will reconsider your Policy. Also I find your Return packaging is poor quality in comparison to the efficient and streamlined method of your Conpetitors - not helpful in any way for the Customer.

Good range of quality products. Customer service can be very slow at responding to emails. Lacks offers on delivery which are fairly standard elsewhere over a certain spend.
