I received a discount code because of my birthday and spent £300 and unfortunately it's on none of the items I bought . A little disappointed.

Quick delivery but one problem.....jacket arrived with security tag attached!!! Decided to contact flannels who suggested I bring it to them and tag removed.

I would purchase sooooooo much more from Cruise if they offered free returns. I think it is ridiculous that they do not offer a service where like most online stores, if the item is not right for you you can send it back free of charge. I would also buy plenty more of their items if they took the time to model them on a real person as opposed to the dummy as you cannot get a true picture of what the item will look like on a human being. Additionally, unlike other online stores such as Net A Porter, Farfetch and the Outnet, Cruise do not measure the actual item. They just have standard sizes for fitting information. They actually lose money this way because it makes people like myself apprehensive as to whether an item I like will fit. And knowing that they do not offer free returns, I generally leave a lot of their stuff behind (except if I am 90% sure it will fit) and end up going to other places such as the Outnet where they provide detailed measurements and free returns.

I ordered stuff online and travelled all the way into Glasgow to return them to only be told they would have to be returned to the warehouse. I think this must be the only shop to do this. Not very good service

It would have been 5 stars if the courier DPD had actually delivered to the correct address and despite me rising this as an issue and receiving confirmation that some "random" person had signed for, the delivery driver refused to return to pick up and deliver to me and I was left to go and find myself.... obviously very concerning when I had spent £300 on goods and no one is interested In the address clearly written on the package..... know this is not a direct issue with Cruise as the goods were despatched very efficiently, just would make me think twice ordering in the future if the courier service employed by your company shows a total disregard towards your customers purchases. I have complained to DPD, so was worth me highlighting to Cruise, as I would have concerns in the future purchasing clothing that might never reach me( on this occasion it did and I have had to return a few items that didn't fit, so would appreciate a speedy turn around on processing these). I'm pleased, but some footwear are not like you written.Converse you write that it is 8 is 42,5 EU but it is 42.

They never really made me happy as one of the t shirts I ordered came with a few catches on the front, I then had to pay the postage on it for the return, if the £5 odds for delivery wasn't enough, still waiting on a refund

Ordered 3 items from Cruise online. 1 item was not suitable when it arrived and was returned. No Free return resulting in £30 cost to have the item returned via post. Can not take items into store to refund if unsuitable. Other retailers provide free postage, keeping the cost to a minimum or can simply take to nearest branch.

My son was desperate for some Ralph Lauren shorts & so I gave in. The price wasn't too bad but I did find the p&p charges a little high (I post daily for work) I is actually a bit disappointed with the shorts & really wanted to exchange fir the Marl grey but I am put off doing so because of the high p&p charges that I would have to pay

Communication was fantastic. Order arrived in between time slot I was advised which was great. What DIDN'T make me happy was a warehouse security tag was left attached to the jumper I purchased. I returned to Flannels, which I was told is a part of Cruise (as this was easier for me). Sales staff were pleasant but could not remove tag either! Suggested I visit either Next or Zara as they had unit to remove security tag 🤷‍♀️
