Sadly I’m going to have to send my item back.. iv just realised that I have to pay to return it... very poor of Cruise not sending a pre paid return sticker...

Happy with the product I received but excessive postal charge. Also don’t feel there is a need for the zip bag the product comes in.

Although I realise much of the clothing is not actually in one of your shops , but is in some common hub for multiple stores, when your buying some designer item at a premium price (even in a sale) you should really be offering free delivery or at the very least an option for free pick up from one of your shops .

Cruise has great sales. But I don't think they do enough reward points or percentage off for customers that keep spending

Great service although delivery on a big order was still charged. I would expect that returns would be free. The parcel I need to return will cost me at least £12 postage. I won't be shopping again

Great selection and size range especially as brands size clothing smaller and the need to size up nowadays. Could only give 3 out of 5 though as Cruise still fail to offer free standard postage despite many rival companies offering this,especially when spending £100 or more which is easily done. And the second point was lost for a 14 day return service which would be suited better to 30 days

Delivery by DHL is far superior to that of Yodel. I was delighted to receive my delivery by DHL to my door, signed for. Previous order by Yodel was thrown in front garden and remained there for 3 days whilst we were on holiday. Overall Cruise needs to package parcels in a 'luxury' way as the merchandise deserves and not on a 'black bin bag'. Lessons can be learned from Ralph Lauren's delivery service.

The old website where it displayed sizes underneath images was far better than the new layout, this was the reason I moved away from flannels, it is much easier to shop knowing what sizes are available rather than having to close click into it

Would say product is good, but delivery was terrible due to driver saying parcel was in my neighbor’s house and it turned out my parcel was in the next street. Driver delivered it wrong street.

Given that it is high end products the packaging isn't always the best compared to selfridges for example. I recently bought a couple of ties and the the label was hanging off one of them which isn't ideal. Most of the stuff is good for what you pay though.

I had my first order, but I am upset because I have a problem with the scarf. I'd like to receive a normal product for international deliveries.

It's very hard to recommend cruise or flannel to a friend and I will tell you why ? I made the order and yes the shoes is a great price reduced but the box is all broken and can't gift them , or in the past t-shirt dirty had to send it back , sunglasses case again dirty , too many times is happening . Than you need to pay to send them back yourself . When you place an order you will never know what to exspect to be wrong . . All they have to do is check what are you sending , fire the staff who is not doing the job propley . It's a frustrating exsperience to shop with the flannel's group very hard to reccomand to .

Cruise has fantastic products but the only drawback to their service is the lack of a prepaid return postage option in the event your items do not fit. Something that their competitors have over them.

I'm happy Cruise does fast delivery,I ordered two Ugg boots,one pair of scarch marks faulty on,and if return it we need to pay for return charge which cost a lot with a pair of boots..so I decide not exchange it....
