Delivery was on time and as quick as it could have been. My gear came in two parcels - one was fine with each of the items in their original manufacturers packaging. The other was a Barbour coat which was not in the original packaging and the parcel could not have been more different for the first one. I was incredulous as to the way it was presented. The coat was not even folded and was just stuffed into the bag. This made the item so creased that I wouldnt have bought it. As it happened the item didn't fit and I had to return it in exchange for another size but it's state was so bad that I feared you would accuse ,e of mishandling it.

goods were delivered on the date promised but only after they advised they would be 2 days early and then failing to meet this deadline. So got my hopes up initially of an early delivery that could not be met. Nice packaging, goods as detailed and swift processing, all in all good efficient service. quicker than ordering direct with the manufacturer.

Ordered 2 things, CP company cap and Ralph Lauren shorts, The Cap was fine but the shorts on the other hand were the wrong ones and were for a friends present so I now have nothing to give them

Shoes did not fit. I had to return them at my cost which I didn't appreciate. You are a designer retail surely the customer deserves free returns at the prices you charge.

The products are great and the sales are also good. The biggest negative for me is the price of the postage. Considering the orders I submit are never below £100 I think free postage should be applied, also never gets to me any quicker considering the price.

£150 for a jumper then charging £6 delivery. Most shops don't charge for delivery over a certain price.

love the site, love the products and prices along with swiftness of delivery how ever it seems I've been very unfortunate in ordering the wrong size for two items on to separate occasions the first of which I returned it via special delivery in the way instructed by yourselves for exchanged on the same day of receiving it 27/06/2017, I tracked the item and it was received by yourselves at around 10 am the following day 28/06/2017 signed by an FARRIMOND but I did not get an email from you guys like I should of to say it had been received by you this now not only leaves me out of pocket with no goods but in a tight spot as I am also afraid and reluctant to send back the second item for exchange

Items were fine and fast delivery, postal charges and return charges are extortionate. I ordered three times in one week and returned one item which cost me a fortune in post alone. It's put me off buying again.

More or less next day delivery, you do however pay for it as well as having to pay for returns. Some company's offer free delivery and returns. Great discounts on offer though

Ordered trainers and shorts through the outlet. Despite the order being in stock and successfully processing, i received an email a few days later saying the shorts were out of stock. No option to choose and alternative. Ultimately , i did go to websote to re-order as i would have had to pay another delivery charge 😔

Very very slow delivery even though you pay for it! Any item I order with free delivery is with me in 3 days max! It's been 5 days and I am still waiting on my items!! Very poor

My partner loves designer labels which we are more than happy to pay for. What i don't agree with is paying £5.95 for postage when 9 times out of 10 we spend over £100 on 1 item of clothing.

Decent site but no free delivery or returns which nearly every other site offer. So it cost me £15.50 to not have a jacket.........

The tshirt was fine, but the hooded jacket I bought was a lot thinner than expected.

The shoes came in acceptable condition. Although, upon receiving the shoes, the sticker on the inner sole has been torn out which left a mark in the inner sole.

They sent wrong runners and my son is upset as wen i contacted they said they will refund because they are soldout it is not good policy to send wrong orders
