My products were ok apart from a Michael Kors blouse which was so badly creased and presented that I had to send it back as I just couldn't have got all the creases out of such a delicate fabric. Cruise refused to pay the return postage on the item which was disappointing.

Quick delivery although paid £6.99 for the privilege. Pants arrived way too short in the leg so then paid another fiver to send them back. So £12 for nothing!

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear a security tag has been left on this item. This item can be taken back to any sportsdirect.com store with your invoice as a valid proof of purchase to have the security tag removed. Also if you can provide me with a picture of the security tag which was left on this item I will also be able to issue a refund for the original delivery costs which were paid. I purchased two products from your online store. A Moschino jumper and a Moschino belt, however when I received the package the belt was unsuitable and I require a refund. I took it into store with full proof of purchase and I was refused a refund and instructed I could only post this back and not refund Instore. However, as I work in retail I can process refunds of online orders Instore with no problem. I would appreciate a response as to why I can not refund Instore as I spent over £300 on my order from yourselves. Many thanks. Ryan.

I Love Cruise, The only problem I have is the way your people pack the outfits and bags! I was going to call and complain! My coats did not have a paper or plastic and they were folded over shoe boxes and my handbag was also folded in half and was not covered by anything! It made me sick to my stomach how somobody can have such a disrespect! It is almost always like that! Very unprofessional! All other aspects of the shop are great! Merci and please improve on your packing! Annax👗

Found what I was looking for easily. But I think it's disgraceful that yous charge £5.95 delivery no matter how much money I spend. The iems I order are for my son he has a disibility and can't get to the store to collect so we have to pay that delivery fee every time we order something big or small. Yous should really offer free delivery.

Please make sure to check the origin of items as EU. South Korea has a FTA with EU, No tax for customers in South Korea.

Good experience following initial order with speedy delivery. Disappointed in how slow the exchange process was and item sold out before exchange could be arranged even though the return had been signed for day before.

Not happy that you don't get your postage and packaging refunded on an online order and have to pay to send it back yourself lost out on £12.00 due to this as you can't even return to a cruise store

very easy to use the online shopping experience but when it comes to returning an item it has to be posted. it would be so much easier if I could have returned the item to the store. I think this should have been stated before I purchased anything.

Very fast delivery. However the box my shoes arrived in was ripped and dented. Not what i would expect for a £300 pair of shoes. Also the Cruise bag that contained the box was also ripped. Very displeasing. Would make me unwilling to purchase from you again.

Ordered jacket which is really small made and also boots but they were scuffed at toe...paid £5.99 delivery and had to pay £12.00 to send it all back...really not happy about this at all...there should be an option to take back to store!!!!
