By sending fast the item that i bought , but i sent an e-mail asking for the customs price for the item that i bought and you're e-mail services didn't know. All in all, i don't know if i 'm going to buy again. With the cost of shipping and the conversion for the import charges, it's not a good deal. Bye now

Having purchased a shortsleeve polo shirt in a regular my invoice came tho as a slim. Shirt got delivered, a slim ! No good to me. I did try cancel the order by it all happened to quickly. down loaded the return sheet and paying a recorded delivery as advised, it wiped out any monetary saving I had made and none of this was any thought of my own. It is a good site and I've made many purchases but be warned on the returns policy cos I will be thinking twice about making my next buy.

The overall experience was okay. But I thought the packing of the goods was poor. I would expect that when I buy quality products they are wrapped and packed carefully. The shirt wasn't even wrapped in plastic but just put as is together with the box of shoes. Also, the two items were then just send in a plastic bag and rather than a box. It didn't exactly give a feel of 'luxury goods' but rather a feel of 'H&M'...

Satisfied with the product I purchased but I have to say that I have to keep on emailing you myself to keep track of my order as I only received one email from yous which was the acknowledgment of my order, so I think you need improvement in here. For delivery charge, it deserved a next day delivery.

Garments didn't fit which is quite normal but the returns process recommends return by recorded delivery which cost me £11. Amazon and others send pre paid labels if required. Thanks Bruce

Easy to use website, fairly quick delivery. The box the item was sent in was grubby though and when I tried to remove the price label it ripped the box - less than ideal for a gift!

I received the item missing a shoe bag and the extra laces. It seems that the shoes were already tampered with.

Very pleased with the shorts but The sizing is very out bought medium shorts and they were tiny I have had to send them back in exchanged for a new pair so am not sure how long it will take for an exchange, also your delivery cosy it's very dear and only gives one option for delivery.

Great service and delivery , a bit steep the charges though and having to pay for returning goods you can't try on before buying doesn't seem right either. Also the sizing guide.....ignore it , totally depends on the brand but even then , a large at size 40 , XL at 42 ? Normally L is 42 and XL is 44...

For a store of this size it is quite poor that they do not offer next day delivery services and also charge the equivalent of this for items regardless of the amount your are spending on items. The quality of the garments are what you would expect for the money you are spending so that is a positive but would be disappointed if they were not up to the quality of similar retailers.

Hello, I am a little disappointed, with the service I received on my recent purchase. I purchased 5 bags, however, I decided soon after that I would like to cancel 2 of the items. However, they were all still sent to me. This way I will have to pay for the return purchase of both the bags.

Cruise is a great shop. I love the brands and the Glasgow shop is lovely to be in. However, I do find the online shop a bit difficult and not great value for money. The fact that postage is not free and neither are returns is something that really needs to be addressed. The courier they use is also not able to give full tracking details. I find the website also difficiult to navigate around on a tablet which is also a bit old fashioned.

Ordering was straightforward and delivery time was ok. Delivery charge is the most expensive I've ever paid. Wouldn't be keen to pay that again....

Was not impressed my wife's £700.00 cavalli dress did not even come in a cover! Or at least wrapped, it was just folded and in the dust bag with other things ???? Shame on you. All other things were in sealed bags.

I don't like the fact you have to pay the postage (recorded delivery recommended) if you need to exchange something.

No issues with delivery but don't feel the £6.99 postage charge is reasonable for standard delivery. Most other websites don't charge this amount. Called local store to ask if they would order items in and told they wouldn't order items to store under £150 which again is a joke.

My item arrived quickly and I love the product However I was disappointed in the condition of my packaging my jimmy choo box that my shoes came in was very dirty and all 4 corners broken which means that the lid does not sit on the box

Happy with the service except the next time I will think twice before ordering unless I know it will definitely fit as it cost me £10 to try a jacket on !!
