The item came on time but £5.99 postage for socks is far too expensive.

Good sale price for item however postage costs are expensive when most companies offer free delivery/reduced costs for purchases over £50 or less and no click and collect from store availability to keep costs down.

Good quality clothes and delivery was quick and easy, however slighty dissapionted with how i ordered a polo shirt and a casual shirt and both came different colour too the pictures of the clothing items that i ordered. Sent them back via my own postage and packaging costs so i should hope i get a refund soon.

The product is genuine n excellently priced in sales. But unlike most other stores no matter even if u spend over £50 your still charged delivery or not given chance to collect from store. £6.00 is bit steep for delivery charges.

Ordered 2 polo shirts on the website, in photos they looked bright pink and bright red but when they arrived they turned out to be burgundy and a washed out pink

Cruise is fine in itself. Owned by Sports Direct though so uses Yodel to deliver because it's the cheapest then charges around £6/7 for delivery. Premium prices should bring premium service. I paid next day delivery. There was a bank holiday day the next but it took 7 days. Driver was nice and everything but if DPD can give a 1 hour time slot and be on time every time why can't Yodel and why don't Cruise match their premium price with a premium service, DPD?

Fast delivery but think £6 is a bit expensive and one of the tops arrived with no logo on the front of it so having to send back at my expense then wait two weeks on a refund. These things can happen but so close to christmas bit of a nusance.

I ordered an Armani top which came quite quickly but it was too big. Sent the item back a week ago and haven't even received an email to say whether they have received it or not. May not be their fault, may be Royal Mails fault because they are busy at this time of year. But I am getting impatient as it is for £60 and I need this money to buy something else. I have emailed Cruise and they have explained it can take a week or more for returns to be processed so if you send something back don't expect the refund quickly, you will wait.

I have returned the lacoste windbreaker in the post. as it was too small for me and also not what I expected, waiting on a response from cruise fashion. Waiting for a refund

This order was for a Christmas present that had been chosen otherwise I would have shopped elsewhere as £5.99 for posting a jumper is incredibly high. I had my new couch delivered for the same price. Apart from the delivery charge I was happy with everything else.

Delivery came very quick and was kept alert of my parcels whereabouts. However I think it's wrong that we have to pay for the parcel to be sent back if the product needs exchanging/refunding. After spending £125 I then had to pay £7.54 on top of that to send my parcel back. The Vivienne Westwood polo was rubbing quality also.

I think after spending over £200 it's shocking you have to then also pay for delivery. Expensive delivery and you end up with yodel! The worst delivery service possible. My expensive item was just tossed in my garden! Great!

Service was OK even though when my jacket arrived it still had the security badge attached to it so I then had to pay for it to be sent back

The quality and price of the 3 jumper I bought for my teenage son are great. It was the customer service that let you down. I emailed to enquirie when did receive my 30pounds voucher as part of your promotion, the email I got in return said I didn't qualify as I placed my order before the promotion period started. I emailed back to explain this was not the case and was again told no, and that there was nothing that could be done. It was only when I screen shotted my order and email that I was told yes I was entitled to it that I was told yes I would infact receive them. Pretty poor service although I am happy with my purchase..

Pleased with product gucci boston tote received 24 Nov, (£725) although very disappointed when I've had emails sent straight after this offering 30 voucher for each £150 spend !...feel a little cheated...won't shop here again

Ordered 3 items on Monday, all indicated as in stock. 1 Item cancelled as out of stock, although it was still shown in stock on the website. Tried to order the 3rd item again on Thursday, this time order successful, down side to this was that I ended up paying for two lots of postage for my original order. Apart from this, clothing nicely packaged, and speedy delivery with accurate parcel tracking.

Great clothes and brilliant in store experience until something goes wrong. Not so accomodating returns policy for faulty items. Online the site is clunky but everynow and again a bargain is to be had :)
