“Great prices, however think delivery starting price of £5.95 is too steep to really compete with other main online stores. Would've been a higher mark but for this amount.”

“Quick delivery however shoes arrives with dirty/worn soles. I contacted customer services who asked for pictures and offered return (available anyway) or £10 off.... I didn't think this worth the damages. Disappointed not to keep the shoes.”

“Available sizes are visible , you dont have to clik on each item to find out(same MILDERT,but no FLANNELS or Fashionesta).You can make more usefull sellections .not like Flannels or Fashionesta.Top brands are here , and on Mildert they are missing ... etc.”

“bought a shoes, site shown that EU40, but it's 40 2/3 actually, too big for me, asking if possible to change as size 40, I think better using the sizing charge with different brands. It's my first time to purchased at CRUISE, not really satisfied at all, but fast shipment seems good.”

“my dear, I have just taken over the consignment. first of all I'm delighted packaging. the quality of the shirt is good as expected. but the problem is in the number. A number on the packaging and labeling, No. 5, which I told the other is on the 6th shirt shirt with the number higher, I tried. What now? I'm a little disappointed because I was due to the customs clearance and considerable costs about 60 € (all above 50 € shall be subject to import duties and taxes).”
