it took an extra 3days working days for my order to get delivered to me . i needed my coat for the weekend and didn't receive my parcel till monday. I was told i would have it by the thursday.

The delivery price is a bit much especially when spending over £150 yet still need to pay for delivery.

I was impressed at the quick dispatch and delivery service however, I wasn't impressed with Yodel. They left my Canada goose jacket at the entrance to my flat, on my doorstep. This item is expensive and it said online that it required a signature. I'm very lucky it wasn't stolen.

I recently purchased a Canada Goose camo gilet which was £250. As I was spending this much I was disappointed to find out that I had no choice but to pay an extra £6 for delivery on top of what I had just spent. There was not any other delivery option therefore I had to get this. Although I was annoyed at the cost it came within 2 working days of ordering which I was happy about.

I was surprised how low priced the product i bought was compared to other websites untill it came. The delivery was prompt but when the shoes arrived they had a label ripped out on the shoe leaving behind a really sticky residue...not just that but the suede looked as if it had been worn like they had been worn before. They were still fine so i wasn't sending them back to go through hassle but im still not that pleased.

The item I bought wasn't not in stock in store so I had to purchase online. I paid £160 for a jumper & still had to at £6 delivery pretty poor to be honest. Not that I'm telling you how to run a business Mike, but due to reduced overheads of online shopping I shouldn't be paying delivery for an item over £160. Let's say I do pay delivery, it should be next day not 5 days later.

Quality of product very good but delivery a joke! Delivery was stated to be left with a neighbour but was put into recycling bin in back garden. Definitely makes me wary when purchasing expansive items from cruise.

Product was good and speed of delivery was good,tracking system was efficient. However, I don't think it's appropriate to deliver something which originally retailed at 1480,folded in a plastic bag and delivered through the letter box . Most deliveries now do come boxed by courier.

The customer service I received was exceptional, the effort staff went through the to help me get my new order was greately appreciated. The shoes I ordered were adidas zx flux, I already have two other pairs in size 6, so I never thought twice about ordering these in a 6 also, and when the shoes came, I could barely walk in them, they were the tightest fitting, felt as if though my toes were going to rip through the top of the shoe. I didn't know what to do in this situation because I assumed I could not return the shoes after trying to wear them, in the hopes of trying to break them in. However I will never be able to go through the pain of wearing them again and it's a shame since they cost a lot of money and I am not happy

Happy with the speed of delivery. £6 is pretty steep compared to your competitors, though. Furthermore, having to pay postage for returned items is very poor indeed.

i returned the shoes I ordered back to you guys to swap for a different size. but I haven't had an emails saying you have sent them back out. sooooo I guess I just have to wait. would love to know when you will be sending my news ones back out. thanks

Gave a generous average rate as delivery was very quick but the dress I ordered was huge for a size 8. The image very misleading, design was totally different on the model, was very disappointed when opened the parcel - seeing what I have received. Returned it immediately.

Glad that DHL is the preferred courier, however email updates between order processing and despatch is really slow. Also the policy of only refunding Vat after I have signed for the goods is a poor one. As I am based in South Africa, your policy means I pay for our local duties based upon the invoice amount and not the rate after your Vat is subtracted. South Africa has a custom duty of 50% on clothing so your website should automatically discount the UK vat when I log on.
