I ordered a Moschino tweety pie iphone 6 plus case. When it arrived it was for the iPhone 6. I queried this and I was told that the cases only came for the iPhone 6. This has been falsely advertised and as of today 8/8/15 the phone case is still being displayed as available for iPhone 6 plus. However I was refunded the cost of the return postage but I am reluctant to buy anything again due the product still being wrongly advertised.

Although the prices were good, the delivery and returns prices are shocking. Ended up paying extra 15pound to return items.

I was disappointed that there is a delivery charge. A lot of companies will give free delivery if the item purchased is over a certain amount, which is a reasonable and fair practice. Whereas some companies hide behind a charge so that they can simply increase their margin. There should also be an option to collect the item(s) from the local store. C Dean

I purchased t- shirt online however in order to get an idea of the fit I had to cross reference with other sites that employ a model to wear the clothes. I would recommend you do the same to make the decision making process when shopping online easier.

Order came as advised. Was the wrong size so sent back. Good communication from customer service. Had to buy right size in store which unfortunately had a mark on but only one available so a little dosiaappointed in purchase experience but staff all very helpful and courteous

Products were fine, my only possible issue would have been the timescale from placing order to delivery. About 1 week +, most other sites I've used are only around 1-3 days.

Goods arrived well packaged individual garments inside a zipped cruise cloth bag, however garments were removed from the original individual wrappers. I'm always hesitant to buy online from cruise as they charge delivery £6 and if you want to return items there's another postage charge.

Very slow to ship products compared to other online retailers, and despite having considerably more expensive delivery charges. All good apart from this!

Good morning, I am a British serviceman working in the US, the cost of posting is quite high $40, the item I bought was unfortunately the wrong size, I have posted it back to the UK (no acknowledgement as yet) at a further cost of $20. I like the website, however as I have said previously the postage is very steep.

I regularly visit the Belfast store, I recently purchased a pair of jeans using a Victoria Square gift card, it was a female manager in the store that put the transaction through for me and I felt her attitude and customer service was awful, almost as if it was an inconvience that I wasn't paying by normal cash/card method. Unfortunately there was a fault with the jeans and I had to return them, when I went back to the store it was a male manager that dealt with the problem and he couldn't have been more helpful. I have since purchased items from the website and found the page easy to negoicate etc. Only I had to return the jeans and got good customer service I would not have purchased anything else in the store because of the service I received on the day I bought the jeans. I am still considering no longer visiting the store and simply getting anything I might want off the webpage, which can be an inconvience due to the wait for delivery - I would must rather use the store but the managers customer service on the initial day really has put me off. Thanks

Overall the service provided was good but the only problem I had was I ordered a tshirt and then 2 days later was told it was out of stock which was frustrating at the time. Delivery was on time for the option provided.

Great products, no free postage/returns. Took one week for order to be processed, though this may be as item was in sale, still excessive to wait ten days for £150 ? order .Products arrive very well packaged and looked after.

Overall I was happy with the product that I received although I ordered 3 items but 2 were out of stock so maybe keep the website updated on that and also I don't understand why the money gets taken out my account to be put back to be taken out again. I was happy with my product so I will purchase items from here again
