Slow delivery times considering you are paying on orders over £100

Once ordered left hanging for 4/5 days as to whether there was stock and I was actually getting the order, an update on progress re stock would have been good.

Fast delivery. Regular email updates. However, the humor pants I recieved were factory seconds. But overall good.

I recieved 2 Armani tshirts and they where to small so I sent then back as I was supposed to recorded delivery 10 days ago an still havnt recieved them in 2xl

I attempted 4 times to purchase a product online using the 30% off code I was emailed and it just didn't work so I gave up

I like Cruise, but it has definitely gone downhill in terms of the choice available. I appreciate it has to fit the comic climate and the demographic but far too much is Michael, Michael Kors for example. I used to buy more. Service online has got better though

Satisfied with purchase. Big disappointment with your return policy since purchase, if not fit, must be returned back on buyer's account and expenses. It would be more convenient if you could follow other European competitors return policy, where they include a return voucher under DHL/UPS courier service. Tks

The email notifications for order status are not so accurate , for example, I got the despatch email after the parcel has been delivered to my hand already. It will make confusion on tracking the order status. Hope your side can improve this area

Recieved the goods on time but had to send the item back as they were an unsatisfactory fit. What i was really disappointed with though was having to pay to send them back. This is the first time i have had to pay to get an item sent back with anyone.

If your customer service would be more responsive and quickly arranged my voucher problem, i would give you the highest rating - VERY GOOD. I sent first e-mail 11.2.2015 (almost three months!!!) and it is not solved yet !!!! Everything else is top service ;) Best regards Goran Mitrovi?

Hi, You have send me the wrong item. I have required Dkny Dbl Collr Card with XL size and you have send me xs. I want to return and to change this, but of course I do not want to pay for the return, because it is not my fault, but yours. I have mailed how schould we proceed,but become no answer.

Main items that i wanted were out if stock. Wasnt worth the delivery charge for the left over items.

One of my items of clothing still had a security tag on it! Something that should be checked before sending the items out. Lucky the shop assistants were very helpful in helping me with the matter when I went into the shop
