I putchased saint laurent sneakers on cruisefashion.com. The price is good. But it does not include dust bags. And before arriving at my home, the invoice didn't come to me. So I couldn't confirm the date of arrival. Can you give me dust bags? And I live in outside of EU, I want you to refund VAT. I emailed to cruisefashion. I look forward to hearing good reply.

Shoes took several days to arrive and the packaging was not entirely intact as it has previously been when I ordered direct from Jimmy Choo, so I guess someone else had returned them before I had them. Need them for an event however, so kept them and shoes were in perfect condition.

A bit disappointed you have to pay £6.00 delivery plus pay for returns also, which for me was £7.00! I won't be using Cruise again unfortunately.

Pictures need to be better on the website, in particular, they need to be bigger, and try and show more detail, e.g. the lining of jackets.

cruise clothing in the actual shop cant fault it the web site sadly is not kept up to date with sizes or availability and then u get a an email saying out of stock . I ordered a load of stuff 8 things got 3 this is been on going for a while since cruise was taking over under a different umbrella so sadly if you order what you like and says size there watch the space even the call centre know this so big blue chip company remember cruise is the people s choice for certain of us and my friends are also getting a bit tiered of it also many other places unlike the eights and 90s are stocking brands u do and we now can order from other site s but we are cruise through and through xxx on the positive when it arrives its quality class and price excellent .

First time I ordered anything from this site , everything was good apart from quoting next day delivery and having not heard nothing for 4 days I had to chase this . Delivery was then processed accordingly

The material of the DKNY clothing was really bad. I wanted to return to a store rather than post back as it is more convenient. However, the store said that I had to return it only via post.

In comparison with other sites of similar quality of clothing and accessories, I find the Cruise website to be lacking. Simply having photos of the items isn't inspiring, other websites use models which are photographed wearing the items, so you get an idea of what it looks like on, and how the material hangs etc I recently ordered two items from Cruise which were both unsuitable and had to be returned, I have ordered from them in the past and having to pay for returns would actually put me off shopping with them again in the future, when for example Matches offer free returns.

There's no doubting the genuine bargins to be found in the outlet site which offers expensive and high quality garments at great prices. I just feel disappointed with the overall ordering process which comprises of four stages. This coupled with additional costs for delivery and refund adversely effect the overall experience. Room for improvement Cruise.

The sale prices were excellent, but 4 of my items that were available on the website were removed from my order over 3 days later due to stock issues. I appreciate your stock is shared over a number of online sites, but I think that in this day and age your stock levels could be more accurately updated online...

Always great goods but communication not so good. Length of time to process goods should be max 24 hours when paying £6 for delivery. This doesn't stop me from buying from Cruise.

Dispatch was much slower than other online retailers but purchase did arrive within the stipulated time. Would probably purchase elsewhere if in a hurry as no next day delivery option available. Purchase did arrive in perfect condition and with the correct size, so happy to keep purchase.

Package arrived quickly, much sooner than the expected delivery time quoted. I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choos and although the shoes themself were perfect, I do have a slight gripe about the bashed up state of the shoe box that was delivered to me. Surely when you are paying £6 for delivery CRUISE could provide a little more protective packaging so that everything arrive in perfect condition. The majority of retailers would use an outter protective box to prevent customers being presented with a bashed up Jimmy Choo box on delivery. Rather disappointed. These shoes were hundreds of pounds, I think CRUISE could do a bit better than that?

I was pretty annoyed to be realise that I had to pay the full recorded delivery postage to return my item, in this day and age who doesn't do free returns?!
