The quality of the product is great, however, I had the nasty surprise of a security tag being left on the jacket, setting off alarms in multiple shops. I took me quite a few attempts in various shops to try to get it removed with each time, the embarrassment of setting off the alarm and having to prove that actually, I did buy the item and was not a petty criminal. Cruise online, the whole point of online purchasing is that you don't have to go in the shops and unfortunately, I have had to visit quite a few shops trying to get this security tag removed. This is a basic mistake that really should not happen. I suggest you strengthen your security tag checks as this was really embarrassing for me

Just sent some items back and it cost me £39, every else does free returns, won't be ordering online again, very disappointed

Shipping of the pacels is efficent as well as the packaging on the parcel. When shopping online you are taking a gamble as to whither the item with fit or not and on a few occassions i have had to return items. I feel that there should be a free returns service as the costs are mounting up for each time a parcel is returned. Also, the lenght of time for the money to be release after a refund is authorised is not the fastest.

Good selection of clothing brands. Ordered three items only to later be told one was out of stock = why let us order it only to be disappointed. The delivery charge is high considering the speed of delivery and that most retailers now offer free postage and / or returns.

I've ordered twice from Cruise now & after my first faulty item was sent I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. My second order wasn't so great either, I'm afraid to say. The £70 jacket I ordered was extremely tatty & smelled of perfume. I question their checks are adequate? The delivery service is ok, although they tell you on the day that they plan to deliver it on the same day so it's impossible to make alternative arrangements. I won't order again, as you also have to pay to return an item & when you've paid £6 delivery I think this should be free? Altogether not great I'm sorry to say.

Overall?the bag is good.but there are 2 small scratch on the surface of bag. It make me dispointed. The delivery company Yodel did not send my bag to the right place,but to the similar address. Iuckily, I found my parcel.

I purchazed a pair of Marc Jacob earing for a present they were not cheap and when I received them I could not give them as the packaging was terrible it had no box just a car board bit at the back. I have bought things like this before a few times and even cheaper ones and they always come in a decent box or alike

I was disappointed in the customer service lately as the customer service I received for an order I made over the festive period as I was unable to add the "TAKE20" 20% discount code to the order but emailed right after it in order to obtain the size I required. I had to accept the 20% extra due to the online system. Nobody has responded to me in regards to my complaint issued last week

My rating was good not very good because the jeans I ordered got delivered and they was to tight for me didn't fit me and that was we'll before New Years and I've not had a refund so can you please sort that out for me please thanks

I was emailed a 20% discount off my next order but hen I tried to access it the page came up as unavailable , I contacted customer service regarding the error but did not get a reply .

I feel the product purchased should have been packaged in a D&G branded box or bag especially for the price the product was. This product was bought for a gift and I feel it is not presented well.

"Activities, bought a six commodities, the total price of € 273.6 checkout coupon code is not used, I paid more than € 54.72, order number for CBUS40000013217453 after check the amount of the discount part of the return as soon as the bank issued card. in addition, the Web site said, except Europe other world delivery costs were € 17.5, why, when I appear in the settlement postal costs €21 , more then please returned to my account. The site was easy to use and delivery was very prompt, although £6 plus £1 VAT for delivery is expensive in my opinion. This coupled with the fact the shirt didn't fit, which cost me £7 odd to return. All in £14 for a shirt that I didn't end up buying, don't think I'll use the online site again due to this experience.

Revived my belstaff jacket in time it was fine but bundled in to a bag with no hanger ,bought belstaff jackets from other shops and always got hangers must have been cos it was in the sale

Great pair of shoes but communication and delivery slow. I contacted the customers services number for over an hour only to be told they could not confirm when I would get my order. Would have been a great saving on shoes but time spent on phone cost a small fortune! Do not call the customers services on your mobile!

You guys are supposed to be the ultimate place for clobber but the firm you use for deliveries is worst I have ever seen. When you pay for something to be delivered next day you do that for a reason. If it arrives 5 days later it no good to me
