Disappointed that I ordered a few items then got an email to say that some of them were not in stock so that part of the order was cancelled.....

I ordered from Cruise twice last week and both parcels delayed by 24hours when paying £6 or £12 in total I did find this annoying I have received my first parcel and was pleased with it just have to send a t.shirt back as wrong size but jacket was perfect, thanks

i found it 11:00pm outside my door?the delievery man just left it without notice anyone in the house. and also ?my bag have scratchs everywhere on the metal buckles and the metal chains?which means the bag absolutely not a new one and i am unhappy with that. i send email to your custormer service?want to change an new one?but no one answer me

I had rodered over £200 worht of itemd in two seperate orders, very disapointed as one of the items a Stone Island hate was advertised as black and silver now came as red! I have not missed my boyfriends birthday. Very disappointing.

Goods were as advertised and I will most likely shop with Cruise again. However, I felt that the postage (at £6) was a little expensive. The item I bought was not of high value (£90) so didn't need insurance or anything to justify this expense. It also took 5 days (including the weekend) for delivery, so it wasn't an express service which I would expect for this cost. In comparison, I also bought an item from a large online retailer last week (cheaper product) which came with free postage and a delivery time of 2 days. I also had an issue where the Black Friday discount was not applied. The Customer Service answered my query quickly and professionally, resolving the issue immediately. However, the wait time to get through to her was 20 mins. I appreciate that at this time of year, Customer Services are busy but there was no IVR message to advise that I was still in a queue etc.

I was very impressed with the quick service however, I was a little disappointed when one of the items I ordered came in the wrong size. The ticket on the shirt said large but unfortunately the actual shirt was a small. I had to return this and request the correct size as a replacement and had to pay £4.98 to send it back, I feel that as this was not through no fault of my own I should be refunded.

I bought the hottest Chloe drew bag from Cruisefashion.com. The bag is authentic however it is not in perfect condition. There were some scratches on the smooth leather. I thought they may pack it in a box but unfortunately it was only placed in a small bag. The scratched may be caused by this insecure packing. I suggest Cruise to deliver the products in better packing conditions in the future. Anyway the discounts were big and I also got vouchers from the website.

late delivery & Gucci bag which had a 30% discount (which was great) but still cost a lot had no bag cover it came in a plastic bag - very poor

Only disappointment was after placing an order and deciding to order a second item I was unable to contact them by telephone as no one would answer the phone to see if I could add an item to the existing order. I ordered the second item as not to miss offer then emailed them to see if they could combine the shipping. Got a reply to say that was not possible however order was dispatched after two days in processing. Other online designer retailers have been more flexible. £6 delivery charge is at the higher end so disappointed have to splash out £12 delivery.

On past experience of shopping with Cruise I would always give a 5* I love the shop and staff are attentive but am disappointed with my last order from the website of men's Grenson Fred Derby boots which was for a gift gir my husband and looks like a return in a battered box with all scratches on the soles. Sorry Cruise

Delivery notifications weren't satisfactory got an email an hour before the parcel was delivered saying it had been dispatched luckily someone was in to take delivery but adequate notice would be preferred

Loved the shoes and the discount was good, delivery was quick however disappointed with packaging as this is a gift, the box was a bit bashed and not as nicely wrapped as they would have been when buying direct from jimmy choo.

I have yet to have an order arrive without an email cancelling at least one item. Which is very disappointing. Also the delivery charge of £6 is far to expensive for the time it takes to actually be delivered, YODEL are useless, zero communication. I got a text message at 1630 on a Saturday telling me that they had attempted to delivery my order to my work. I still have no idea how to have the order rearranged the delivery and the supposed call card is no-where to be seen.

Good bargains to be had in the clearance sale, but I've made over 10 orders from this site now and everytime there are at least 2-5 items per order of 10 that are not in stock which is quite often frustrating.

I've made two orders recently. The service on the first one was very good, although the post and packing charge is expensive, and there are no free returns. The second order was made from Cruise Outlet and, yet again, although I was able to make the order, I was emailed later to say the items weren't available. This is the third time this has happened to me with the outlet section of the website, and I really think it's time they sorted their system out, so that when something is sold out, they don't still show it as being available, as it's disappointing and time-wasting.

Pleased with what I ordered and of course a fabulous price however one of my items were not delivered but appears on my returns label so i'm left wondering if it is out of stock or if it will be delivered at a later date?

Bought a pair of Oliver Sweeney shoes during sale. They had to be shipped to the Netherlands but it took a whole week for them to arrive. The order status was marked as 'ready to be shipped' until it actually arrived.

I can't fault the products you offer, a huge range. However I do feel that your stock check/availability online is poor. The fact that a customer can place an order and be notified days later that items are out of stock is a bit ridiculous with the technology available today. I've been let down numerous times with this
