On multiple occasions with cruise they have rather sent me the wrong item, charged me for shipping per product when i ordered on a whole, and also very long processing and reply times. However the products are very good and I highly recommend giving it a look.

We need to speak to u urgently as tags still left on one of the garments, my partner sent a email yesterday from glenwof@aol.com but still had no response! We are going away next week and need this sorted ASAP! Aswell two of the garments need to be sent back,therefore which way would be quicker to get this matter resolved? I would be gratefull if you could email me back ASAP thanks

Delivery good, but wrong items arrived so a little disappointed. Items returned recorded delivery so hopefully a smooth returns policy.

Received my item no prob. The only thing is I've received someone else's too. Tried ringing on the number provided to hear a chaps voice telling me the call may be recorded but then the line goes quiet. Tried 3 times with no look. How do I get in touch with you? To email you I've to choose one of many options none of which address the problem?

The sales are fantastic , great discounted bargains Problems occurs when website not updated as in many cases a lot of refunds due to non available stock . Then restocked , a day later ? And when returned items , refunds are over the time period you account for ? With customer lines on two occasions 15 min on ring tone .

coat delivered ordered large got small paid 6 pounds to post back at my expense and another 6 pounds to get it change hope its rights this time or will cost me another 12 pounds to return this will be 24 pounds I will have hade to pay out with nothing to show for . yours lee evans

Pleased with item received although I did not get a reply to my msg? There was a delay and only found out on line that one item was cancelled as it now looks like it is out of stock? No explanation as to why I was allowed to order. I would have expected an email or communication explaining the situation and maybe even the option of an alternative.

Out of 7 items I've purchased, 1 still had security tag attached,1 t shirt was wrong size & a pair of Nike air trainers were the wrong colour. No telephone response from customer services, expensive returns.

Wasn't really happy with the packaging the shirts were sent in and also wasn't happy being told very late by email that one of the shirts wernt available in the end that's after showing that you have in stock and confirm the order.

Ordered 2 items. A shame they told me they were out of stock of one of them after I made order. Bit of an inconvenience. Additionally its no free deliveries or free returns - a massive put off. That's why I go to ASOS first.

The jeans came quickly and are as described on the website but the security tag was still on the jeans. It was easy to cut off just a but unprofessional and unexpected.

Great products but you do not know if the products you purchase are in stock so you get charged and as in my case get an email two days later saying item is out of stock and you will be refunded, very disappointing customer service for a company with excellent brands and value.

Delivery costs are really expensive, and almost put me off ordering. If I had found the item elsewhere (and I did, but it sold out before I got back to ordering) I wouldn't have placed the order. That said, the selection and experience on the site is good.

Order took too long to be delivered. Emailing the website regarding size queries - no one gets back to you - yes the website does offer some size guide! up to XL! perhaps if you are selling XXL and XXXL have a guide on the website ??

Good Things: High quality designer items Wide range of sale items Fast and tracked delivery Bad things: size guides are incorrect Chargeable delivery is annoying Non free returns is annoying Customer service line is poor All in all I will still continue to buy from Cruise as the items are very good quality. However you should review your policy on delivery charges (asos, fred perry, gabicci all have free delivery and returns) especially in light of the inaccurate sizing as I imagine most of your returns will be due to sizing. Clothes came in 3 days used to take longer but still dont agree with having to pay a delivery charge when i'm spending so much money at times online

I must admit i was a little disappointed i ordered three things and only received two as the other two were out of stock but they were advertised on the site apart from that the service is great its the second time ive used cruise and will definitley use them again i can only think this was a blip.
