Packaging was terrible , spent around 1000 pounds and everything came crumpled in a bag , had to press everything . That's how things arrive from asos . Not what I expected . Take alot at netaporter if you want to improve service.

Great service online although my girlfriends trainers were to big and was very disapointed that i could not exchange at a cruise store , currently waiting on an exchange to be sent back out . A lot of time wasted .

Super fast delivery, however the trainers I bought for my husband as a Xmas gift are boxed but covered in dust & box looks like it's been through the wars! Definitely prefer buying instore

Only thing that let use down was the length of time it took to tell me use didn't have something in stock 3 days seems a bit long ... That should have been picked up when paying for it

Delivery was expected 18th Nov no delivery and lunchtime 19th Nov still no delivery and no explanation for the delay. I emailed Cruise Customer Service 18th Nov and still no reply.

Have been asked to writ a review by Cruise so here goes. I noticed a pair of Northern Cobbler Lenok shoes reduced from £225 to £45 in the sale and thought it was too good to be true, and it was, up to a point. I ordered the the shoes on Wednesday and they arrived on Saturday, which I thought was a bit long for a £6 delivery charge. I opened the box and right away thought these shoes look quality. On closer inspection I noticed flaws in the stitching. One shoe had run off the edge in three places, and the other in one. They had run off about two or three stitches each time. The fact that the stitching was white on black shoes made it more noticeable. Definately not the quality you would expect for £225 hand made shoes. After consideration, I decided to keep the shoes. I glued the missed stitches and applied black polish and to be honest you would never notice the flaws now. They are fabulous looking shoes, but if Cruise are selling "seconds" they should be advertised as such.

I ordered a Hugo Boss leather passport cover from your sale. It arrived very quickly which was great but disappointed with the Hugo Boss box it was presented in - it looked smaller than required ( was it originally made for something else??) which has bent the passport cover. This is the second time I have had issues with sale goods. Great shop - poor online!

Hi guys I do like cruise although I think shopping in the actual shop is much better on than on line .. I have quite a few times received damaged goods and had to return them at a cost to myself last time I was told to send a copy of the receipt and I would be refunded as the garment delivered was in a shocking state half the beads missing and very poor condition .. I sent the receipt and of course I got nothing back .. the cost of postage was just under ten pounds .. so one disappointed customer .. prior to this I have had two garments with security tags on which did cause alarm only to be told just cut them off ... maybe a little more training on customer care ..

Easy to place order on-line, prompt delivery but when I requested the return policy be extended as goods were for a Christmas present this was denied, disappointing :-(

Hi , I recently received my product which turned out to be the wrong product. I ordered the crew neck t shirts , but got the v neck instead. No big deal as it's an easy mistake to make . Regards Chris P.s I'm too lazy to send them back anyway...

Happy with the service. Only complaint was that I was sent the email explaining my delivery had been dispatched days after the company said it would be dispatched. Then I received the email giving me the tracking info the day my parcel arrived, which of course defeated the whole point of that part of the service.

Send emails back to customer service never get reply. Biggest problem say tops are out of stock I ordered 12 days after order was confirmed then if I was to order it again says available to order
