It's Christmas time. People will be wakening up on Christmas morning without a roof over their head or food on the table. Is it upsetting that one of the items I ordered was cancelled as it was unavailable? Absolutely not. It would been nice to receive it but there are bigger issues to resolve. Make a stranger's day with a random act of kindness. Keep up the good work and enjoy the festive break.

The delivery was very quick however two of my items in the order never arrived as they were out of stock when it came to picking - suggesting the cruise website must update to a live system where the website can respond to the demand appropriately.

Web site good packaging of parcel excellent I just felt that there should have been email updates with regards to the dealy in processing the order rather than me having to email customer services twice, second time as the first email did not have enough information in to make me feel confident that my order would be infact delivered before Christmas or that the stock was infact available.

Good to have tracking services but so many retailers offer free postage & collect/return using local stores. Really frustrating that I paid £6 delivery, kept some of the goods and paid £8.25 to have them return special delivery, Glasgow store is 5 mins away, I would order more if delivery policy was easier and more customer friendly.

Just think the delivery charge is a bit steep then if u have to send items back thats another steep charge

Returns are expensive ,perhaps Cruise should look at using the system that many other retailers use were you drop your returns at collection points in your local area .

about 2 days after my ordering,the website informed me that one of products in my order is out of stock, they will deliver the parcel without it.I have only two items in the order. And I reply the mail, I hope can change the same price product, same model, just different color, and still in stock. And, my package still delivered without solution. My address is in China, even I order one or two products, I have to pay the freight and custom clearance cost for the parcel. So the average cost is higher... I think it will be better the website ask the customers' opinion before do the decision. Thanks!

Great value. My one complaint is that I ordered a wallet and it took three days for them to tell me it was no longer in stock!

Recieved my order 1 item was faulty. Posted it back for exchange , got sent email for £10 voucher that I couldn't use tried a few times wouldn't work .

Cruise have most expensive brands, at least they should offer free delivery and returns OR start Click & Collect from local store and if something is not suitable customers should be allowed to return their unwanted items to Local Store like other clothings brands doing now days!!

The products I recd are great but I have an ongoing query which I have sent endless emails and recd 1 general reply with no follow up! Pretty poor to be honest!

Disappointed with service provided got order sent out with Mark on left shoulder tried to take it back to store for exchange to be greeted with sheer attitude ffrom staff who point blank refused to change jacket over no manners whatsoever for a store who charges so much for items you could be doing with changing certain procedures and teach staff some customer service as overall you are all cruise no matter if it's online or in store all of your competitors exchange goods no questions asked after all it was yous who chanced it sending me out faulty item and attitude of staff was who cares it's your problem so then I had to pay returns to you also so not pleased at all with overall service from your store

I ordered a Vivienne Westwood black polo shirt with my order but was told it was cancelled due to being out of stock ,I phoned to ask if I could have another colour and said could not .I was annoyed that my order went through but was later cancelled and was also in stock with your sister company van mildert thanks chris
