I was happy with the service provided prior to receiving the goods. But the after service is poor. Went to my local cruise to return clothes and they said I had to post the items. Bit wierd for a company this big? Ended up paying another 6 quid to return the items. Wasn't satisfied

fairly disappointed with the packaging of my orders. the parcel was torn and there was no protective box or film over the item.

I recently purchased a Saint Laurent shirt via your online channel and some Saint Laurent boots from Railso. My Railso package arrived double boxed beautifully wrapped, ribboned and gift tagged. My Cruise shirt arrived crumpled in what looked like a black plastic bin liner. Details do matter.

Hi not very happy i ordered lacoste trainers fine, lacoste beannie hat fine,lacoste jacket totaley wrong colour than the website which was light blue they sent out dark blue also it cost me £8.00 to return it to wigan so i will not be shopping cruise again my ref no was crus40000013655507 the jacket i wanted was56 or 58 in the light blue they said they did not have one in evening though its still on the website as having in stock not a happy chappie Trevor Potts

1st order activated quickly- however still awaiting 2nd order. Asked for reason 24 hours ago- still awaiting response. Another question posed was, however, dealt with very timeously. Unfortunate I am still unsure about 2nd order.

You sent out the wrong shoes (picker packer mistake - the order sheet said size nine but I received a size 8), so I had to pay for the postage when sending back an exchange request for your mistake! Hopefully it'll be right this time...

The store in Aberdeen is not very efficient .. Most of the time they don't have any bags. I purchased some jewelery and no pouches or gift wrapping is provided which is really upsetting, mainly if you are buying a gift.

I was happy with the delivery time considering it was during the sale period, however I was disappointed that the product didn't come with an anya hindmarch dustbag, nor was it stuffed with tissue paper. It was a gift for someone so I ended up stuffing it myself. I bought the same product in a different colour, from net a porter and the packaging was a lot better.

Crusie was good but YODEL the delivery company were very poor - they delivered to wrong address and it cost me a fortune trying to get my high value jacket retrieved and delivered to my home. Cruise should consider using another delivery company.

Very poor service initailly - I ordered an item on 28th of Dec and it took them until the 7th ot 8th of January to let me know i wasnt going to be able to get it as it was no longer in stock!!!! I have since ordered another item and had to my door in x3 days though so that was excellent. SHame about the initial problem though as it left me very dissapointed in terms of time taken to inform me of a negative outcome.

Overall I received good service and was happy with the product. However the service was only rectified after receiving the item late. I ordered what was a Christmas gift with 8 working days to go until Christmas Eve and after numerous phone calls chasing an order update it became apparent that the parcel was only going to be received after Christmas which I was really disappointed about (the website stated 3-7 working days for delivery for non-sale items which this was). However it did arrive on the Saturday after Christmas and I also received an email offering me a discount to reduce it to the sale price as it had been moved to sale, which was much appreciated. I think more updates regarding the status and expected delivery of the product would have been helpful. But overall I was pleased with the product.

Very disappointed at how this £1300 handbag was packaged for delivery; the dust bag was dirty with marks all over it. The handbag itself was simply wrapped it its dust bag with no other outer protection apart from the outer deliver bag. Given the price of this bag, this is careless and shoddy. The delivery service itself was excellent and very swift, and I'm very pleased with the bag but given the packaging, it could very easily have arrived damaged.

Pricey delivery charges & having to pay premium rates for returns doesn't make Cruise that appealing for online shopping. Will not be buying from again

This was my first time buying online from Cruise and while the shirt itself is the usual high quality, that was the best part of the experience. Rt Communications were poor. I received an email to say they had received my order then nothing until got a text from the courier to say my shirt had been delivered. This may be down to the time of year but it was still disappointing. Again, it may be down to the time of year, but a week to deliver seems overly long to me. I buy most of my clothes online and Cruise is the slowest service by some distance. I was also surprised that there was no option to collect in store which seems to be a standard option these days. In summary, would I shop at Cruise again? Yes but only if I couldn't get what I was looking for elsewhere.

• Delivery price too high • Email communication not very good • You should inform saying order has been despatched etc. • Yodel service isn’t very good • You should do a price promise/price match as other s do this in terms to satisfy customer needs and expectations
