fast shipment but didnt have all my order in stock and think im still waiting to be refunded the difference

Unfortunately the items ordered were for my son who likes to shop in Cruise. However the majority of the items were short in the body, sleeves and were not suitable for tall person. The items were ordered for his birthday and the closest store in Edinburgh so not sure if he will get the opportunity to go there, on line is perhaps the only option. Perhaps your company make consider a range to assist tall clients. I am also waiting for the items to be credited back to my bank account.

Loved the item ordered came in its own cloth bag which was a pleasant surprise considering the item was sale. Delivery was very disappointing. After waiting in all day on my day off. The item never came even though I had been informed it would come that day. It cost me £20 in calls to get through to yodel to arrange item to be left with a neighbour for the following day. Not happy

Postage costs are way to high at £6 per package. And then having to pay to send something back is also not great as it recently cost me £14 to send two pairs of shoes back which were way to big even though I ordered my size.

Really pleased with the bag, however considering I paid nearly £500, I was extremely disappointed with the packaging for delivery. It did have the designer dust bag, but was packaged in a plastic bag with no extra packaging at all. It could of easily been damaged and I am amazed Cruise take the risk of sending an expensive bag with virtually no packaging to protect the product. I order many designer items online, from different sources and have never experience this before. A sturdy box should definitely be used.

The top that I got is what I wanted but the box it came in was destroyed and looked like it has been opened 100 times

From placing order to receiving it I feel it took longer from other retailers I've ordered from online and the returns was expensive I paid £13.98 Royal Mail reg post at that price it would put me off ordering from cruise in the future. A collect and drop service is much cheaper and I always get a refund in good time. Have a look cruise at cheaper returns service

I'm a very experienced Internet shopper and even though despite the mostly bad reviews I did give Cruise a go. My experience: the items ordered arrived not within a day scale as its advertised on their website but rather a week or so later which was ok as I weren't in a hurry but had I been, the service would have been unacceptable. When the items arrived - 4 things - shoes were really poor quality, cheap and tacky looking, one jumper was damaged and one top simply hideous but that's not their fault, it's the designer but quality again really bad. However when returning them unlike their competitors I had to pay £15! Would I go back and shop with them again? No. Would I recommend them? No. But were they absolutely poorly as some of the reviews? Don't think so but why shop with them and experience a mediocre service when you can use Netaporter or Outnet and hace quality, style and superb customer service. However this review might change for the worst because I am yet to actually get a refund.

The email confirmation for my order stated the delivery was going to be next working day but took 3 days. I emailed customer services who told me no deliveries were next day!

Hi, well i most admit i didn't know Cruise and you have really many bad reviews on truspilot, but i decided to try and see. First i have to say that the site is really easy and perfectly made. But when i ordered i Think 2 Things suddently desapered because they were no longer available, this is offcause okay but i have never expirienced that after doing the checkout, Then the waitting time was about 3-4 times as long before i got my Things sended when i compare to other Online stores! But the Things that were no longer available was automaticly talen away from the Bill so that was good, and when you did the sending it was in Denmark 2 days later and your products was perfect and the the bags it is packed in is amazing, i have bought on yoox, farfetch etc and this was the best packeting. All in all i just Think the service should get quicker, so it Wont take weeks before you send and Then you will be one of the best, because you allready offer the things. I dont know if the Things are in different shops an therefore has to be collectiod so there is therefore a longer waitting time, but it deffently go a bit quicker. I will deffently buy again i dont mind a little waitting if Then the rest is perfect and it was. But i Think it is that what other byyers dont like ;-)

Overall Good only had one product go faulty on me so far good customer service although I'm 30 something out of pocket due to product fault on 1st wear

The ordering and delivery service was fast and easy, but cruise make it as difficult as possible to return items. The very fact you have to pay for delivery when you are spending hundreds of pounds is ridiculous, but its even more expensive to return items, and they dont allow you to return to store. They should take a look at people like river island who even offer free courier collection of returns, regardless of the value.

I was very happy with the product and the speed of delivery, but I thought that for a £450 item it could have been packed with more care and attention, I was expecting it to arrive boxed, rather than the soft postal bag that it came in. That was dissapointing. The handbag I bought also still had an old security tag in it as well as a rather cheap looking 'sale' swing tag attached too. I think you should pay more attention to how you present high value items.

I received my product for my husbands birthday and it had black marks all over the White t-shirt i returned this product but still haven't received any conformation of return.

Seemed to take a long time from placing order to order being processed you have to pay £6 for next day delivery however took the goods about 4 or 5 days after placing order for goods to arrive.

Paid £6 for next day delivery for items in stock which arrived a week late. Still awaiting reply to my email after requesting a refund. Items however received in great quality and condition.
