Delivery was timeous, but contents were not as requested. I ordered blue, the suit that came was black. I contacted Cruise, who were very helpful. But, they had sent a black one as they had no more blue in stock by the time they came to complete the order. The return process isn't straight forward and you have to pay so I was disappointed that Cruise hadn't contacted me before to ask whether I would like the black one.

Hi there, Overall I'm relatively pleased with the whole service. I was taking advantage of the sales. Although, I felt that my new Grenson shoes weren't received in tip top condition. They had several scratches along the top front of the shoes - possibly happened when the laces were put in....... not a big deal but nevertheless. I was a little disappointed as the website states that delivery will take 2-5 days - I waited 7 days. I ordered on the Monday and received the following Monday evening. I really wanted them for that weekend. Cheers

Fantastic products. Great website. Sadly Delivery is a bit slow, I was so excited to see them but it took over a week to arrive. There did not seem to be any express / courier options at checkout either.

There was no dust bag given for the Gucci bag I bought. Quite disappointed. Is there a possibility for you to send me the dust bag?

I find the website easy to use, however feel the delivery charge is excessive and delivery is not very prompt. I think I waited around 2 weeks from order to actually receiving my delivery. Also frustrating after having placed orders to be advised items are out of stock, surely the website should be more up to date and not allow you to add items to basket if they are not in stock.

Ordered trousers which took 7 days to be delivered and when they arrived they are were longer than the same make and size of jeans from another department store.

I bought a jacket from the Edinburgh store for my husband. It was too big and they didn't have a smaller size in store and told me after checking their stock it was unavailable. I looked on the Web site when I got home and they had the size, I went back in to the store and they couldn't see it. Once home I thought I'd check again, lo and behold it was still available on the website so I phoned the store and asked if they could order it for me. They looked up the jacket and told me again it was unavailable even although I could see it online and had one in my basket. I ended up buying it myself from the website and having to pay £6 delivery, I then returned the larger size to the store and was given a refund. I was happy with the service in the end as they did give me a refund but I had to do all the work to buy thejacketmyself.

The first time I shopped with Cruise online I was happy with the service however I placed an order 3 days ago and am still waiting an update on the dispatch I don't find this suitable especially when standard shipping cost is £6 regardless of the value of the order

I was disappointed in the time taken to process my order...it was a week before i received an email to say my order was only just being processed...this already meant i was over the 5 working days at latest for delivery time. There was no email inbetween to mention any sort of delay. Also after having paid £6 for standard delivery ( which i think is pretty steep) it took a couple of emails to and fro before getting refunded for my postage.

I was surprised how long it took for items to be dispatched. I am used to quicker service. I found that it wasn't clear with one of the items that i ordered whether the sizing was US or UK and hence ended up with an item 2 sizes too big. I have not requested an exchange because it took so long for the item to be dispatched in the first place. I also found that one of the items i purchased was longer length although this was not noted on the website, which was disappointing. I hope my returns are processed more speedily. Goods arrived well packed and in good condition but overall the experience was not the standard i would expect from a high end store. Matches and NAP have better service.

I had no problem with my order although many on trustpilot have had problems. Took about 7 working days to get delivered as they had to source stock from another warehouse (so the people on their customer services line told me). The stock numbers on the website seem to get updated quite quickly as after I bought my shoes in size 10, the website showed there were none of that size. This has apparently been the main issue with other online buyers in that they believed an item is ready but in fact Cruise had to source it and the customer doesn't get updated until Cruise finds/does not find the item. I would use them again but I would still be ringing their customer line with my order number so I get to know what's actually happening and have expectation set.

Great service but disappointed with charge for delivery given its a premium clothing website. Returned goods as too short but requested replacement.

Positives: good choice of items, across a number of great brands. Good sales prices Negatives: inability to return items to a Cruise / Van Mildert store. It's 2015 - you really need to think about this. I've elected not to order some items because of the hassle of returning them. Consumers demand that flexibility these days.

I shop cruise all the time and when it opened in Aberdeen it was great, I got a loyalty card as well and I was saving up on it to buy a nice jacket then all of a sudden I was told it was worthless!! Why?? No warning?? That was annoying. Also some times in sales I have went to buy and been told sorry that's a mistake!! I like the close but it needs to treat it's good customers good give a little discount here and there or we will shop else where, it could do with more brands in Aberdeen shop as well. Should not charge for refunds postage should be given or let us refund goods in local cruise store.
