“I feel for the price that I paid for my sweatshirt and then to be charged £6.99 for delivery and for it not to come for 7 days is a bit of stretch.”

“It is good to make a purchase here but, mostly they've outdated products and less variety. However, with this particular purchase store did not even demagnetised the security clip before posting the product. And had to take it to the store to get this removed.”

“I've purchased from Cruise in the past and never had any problems, my latest purchase was due for delivery on 04/10/2019 - having chased DPD for a few days it transpires my parcel is 'lost'. I've reported it to Cruise - so I'll reserve judgement on their processes until (hopefully) this is resolved”

“Online cruise is great, thanks. Reason I purchased online is I phoned Cruise Glasgow and put aside an item that I informed them I would be in in a few hours to collect. I left work early to find that they had sold it earlier that day. This was a present for my husbands birthday. What is the point in holding an item for a customer if they are just going to sell it to anyone anyway. Not the cruise shopping experience I would expect. So all in all not so happy with the store but overall happy with my online experience. Unfortunately this has put me off shopping at cruise as I like to go in try on and see the products for myself instead of buying online.”

“Purchased 2 EA items for my son firstly I thought the postage was excessive at £6:99 then when the items arrived they were badly packaged I returned the items because they were not what I wanted really this cost another £4:60 so in access of £11 for no goods the service was quick so no complaints there but to have to pay postage both ways does not sit right with me.”

“Good selection of clothing at reasonable prices however £6.99 for standard delivery excessive compared to other companies. Moreso when you then have to pay further to return goods which are not suitable. I recently spent around £15 to have delivered items then return leaving nothing to show for my outlay”

“The Vivienne Westwood blouse that I ordered had a different pattern. The one I ordered had red lips on the back, the one I received had a red love heart on the back. There is nothing in the description to say there would be s difference.”

“Feel the delivery is to expensive ordered earnings and was £5.99 to get. Unless it is something I really like I wouldn’t normally order. Every store has free in store pickup but you don’t offer this which is disappointing as you being a large store and higher prices than a lot of other places.”

“The variety and quality of items are 5 star but the delivery costs and returns process are terrible. I order quite regularly and never order anything under £200, but I still have to pay £7 delivery costs which isn’t even next day delivery and if I need to return anything I have to pay for that as well. Quite shocking considering the amount I spend.”

“Normally I am very happy with cruise fashion but unfortunately on my last order one of the three items didn’t get delivered. Thankfully I didn’t get charged for the item so I can only assume that it went out of stock.”

“I love to buy stuff in the sales and have used CRUISE several times. Items are always delivered reasonably quickly and well packaged. However, I would use CRUISE a lot more if it wasn’t for the high delivery charge, especially when spending £100+ and sometimes a lot more. Many of the websites I use offer free delivery and that is usually the only reason I buy from them and not CRUISE CLOTHING.”
