Since changing your delivery service I will not be using Cruise as the delivery time is too long.Iam still waiting on my order?

It take a long time for delivery compare with farfetch and mr porter.

Item came fast. Outside packaging was intact but shoe box was cello-taped in one corner and had been broken in several places. However, item itself was intact and unused.

Buying from Cruise is fast and quick. For me the issue is returns policy - for christmas period there was no extension to allow unwanted presents to be returned and when the size is wrong etc there is no free return option. A bit annoying if there are several items being returned and adds to overall purchase costs.

Great brands.....the only downside is the delivery charge. For the amount you spend I would have expected it to be free.

Delivery charge it too high, even more expensive to return items. I think returns should be free. Even when I was in post office today to return one of the items I ordered as it was not suitable. The post office clerk couldn’t believe what I had been charged £7.99 to get it delivered then it cost me £8.90 to get it returned.

Order my jumper next day delivery and it came the day after they refunded me the deposit so was happy but then the jumper arrived and I was pretty sad as they sent the wrong jumper it was a gift but luckily they liked it if not would have had to return the quality of the jumper was good

Worried when i read the reviews, obviously its not good that they take your money before checking if its in stock. Luckily my item was in stock and was delivered quickly, the packaging was filthy and dirty, not how you expect your packages to arrive. However the item was in good quality, i ordered a grey stone island jumper however the colour was very different when it arrived, more of a pale green... but i kept it as it was still nice. Overall the order was fine but i wouldnt order again due to the uncertainty of when you get the product, if its in stock or refund.

Great selection of clothes. Unfortunately they forgot to remove the electronic security tag ... which meant I had to visit the brand store to have it removed.

Jacket did not fit and scarf was wrong colour however was going to keep jumper but security tag was still on so was not able to use was function it was ordered for. Price of delivery getting too expensive.

Felt I spent a lot of money on one item but because I only spent 400 instead of 500 I didn’t get 100 voucher thanks for nothing cruise
