“I enjoy shopping online with cruise but must say delivery cost £7.00 is ott, I also had to return one item due to being to big. Then have to pay posted to return £3.20.very disappointed and will make me think about further purchases. Regards MR William Richards”

“Goods arrived quickly, regrettably they all had to return which did cost another £6.50 to send back recorded on top of the £6.00 original delivery fee. Its a shame they don't do FOC in store delivery and returns, think about it its bringing customers back into store who might impulse buy when there.”

“i used to love shopping grom cruise ,i really loved it,and i am a regular customer ,i can check my purchases from the email,until last month when i had a problem with a jimmy choo bag that i purchased from cruise ,from the first time i wore it it got stains that never came out and when contacted cruise for an exchange or refund they refused,and i think the after sale service is something very important for a successful business ,thank you”

“Happy with service and first class delivery. Problem when i received item you left security tag on.i could not wear the garment and had to go out my way to get it removed .wasting my time considering i payed next day delivery and not offered nothing.”

“Good product range and my item delivered on advised date. Pleased with item BUT shipping cost (£6.99) very high on £75 item ! For this I would expect NEXT DAY delivery ! If product had been available elsewhere this shipping cost would have been a deal breaker for me.”

“Actual product itself looks great and happy at offering student discount on top of sale items. However the item was a gift and when recieved the lovely designer box was bashed in and damaged which doesn't look great. I know more the couriers fault but was quite annoying.”

“Bought 3 items from Cruise. Two of the 3 were in great condition but the 3rd which were shoes were horrible. The left was fine but the right looked like it was a tester shoe for people to try in the store. It was stretched , scruffy & scratched in numerous places. I returned the to get a refund as I don’t know if I’ll buy shoes from them again. Also if it was a faulty item why do I have to pay for postage ?? I could understand if I just didn’t like them but you gave me worn/used shoes and I have to waste my time & money again ?? That’s just not right when you’ve just spent £600 on these items!!”
