I was very disappointed that when I returned the Gucci bag together with DSquared joggers ( next day tracked which cost me £11) cruise exchanged the joggers as requested however never received the Gucci bag ! Not able to talk to a person I communicated exchanging emails . A case was opened and they still said the Gucci bag was not sent ! I just don’t understand this ! I asked them to do a stock check ( still on going) I requested a size down on a Bal t shirt which I sent in a separate parcel to my disappointment It was refunded ( can’t seem to re- order with the original 20% off ) I have used this site many times with no problems . This resent order was a larger than usual may be it’s the staffing with the COVID-19. But I’m at a loss of £550 plus no Bal t shirt .

Sizes are mis matched - but that's not specific to Cruise. I will probably consider carefully any future purchase as your returns policy is not very good.

Received my parcel in the allocated time slot. However, given that I cannot visit the shop and Cruise charge a minimum of £6.99 under Sales of £200 is a bit steep. Further to this , you have to pay for returns which cost another £4.70!! Most companies offer free returns.

Delivery arrived in 5 days which I was happy with. However I don’t expect to spend £160 on a jumper and it come screwed up in a bag! Shocking!

I wasn't on this occasion impressed with my delivery. One item arrived in a box which was bashed and slightly ripped. The t-shirt which was a gift was not of usual standard in a box but just in a clear plastic bag. Disappointed as could have ordered from another shop and would have looked nicer.

Received my item soiled & damaged. I was only offered a 10% discount For the item considering it would’ve cost more to get the item repaired & dry cleaned. Not a great experience

I ordered both a medium and small in order to compare sizes. The small arrived and was almost twice the size of a medium. The item looked as though it had been re-tagged (incorrectly) and it was also filthy. I have emailed Cruise to explain the issue, but haven’t heard anything in return. I also had to pay a significant amount for the postage fee to exchange the item for another small. Would not recommend!

Have ordered in the past and had good service. My last order was not complete .ordered 2 vests. 1 came and a email saying other was out of stock. No refund .sent 4 emails too date and no response .

This hasn't been the 1st time I have purchased from Cruise, but my recent purchased arrived in a torn puch with one item (Mens Gucci belt) was thrown in without any packaging.....I was not happy on receiving the items in this condition considering the amount they cost!! Disappointed!!! .Not to their usual standard!!

Wouldn’t order again to be honest... I have now messaged Cruise on the app and emailed about faulty item I’ve received well over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back still, I am really not impressed as you can imagine. I will be sending the White Hugo jumper that has black marks all down one side of the arm and I do expect a full refund of p&p as I also had to pay for delivery too! I also have to get someone else to do it as I am pregnant and at high risk so won’t be entering any shops! This is not the first time I’m having issues with cruise delivery, my partner also purchased a Gucci belt costing £295 and it turned up in a plastic bag! I think for the money that we’re paying is just very poor! I’ll have send it back tomorrow as it’s bank holiday!

Order jacket for my husband but too large n we,re taking it back for a smaller size which is fine but the charge for the postage is horrendous.... if I pay a fortune for the jacket then shouldn’t charge for the postage..that is my main complaint

I’m not sure wether this is cruises fault or the courier but when my delivery arrived it was in pieces the box was broke and the trainers floating around the bag. I ended up returning the goods which I had paid £7 quid delivery for and then had to pay another 4 quid to return which o think is ridiculous.

Mainly due to poor packaging on 2 items and one being marked as explained in email. No order forms or return slip/packaging.

Paid for next day delivery, parcel arrived 4 days after. Complained to get a refund but had no further contact. I've been shopping within cruise shops for over 30 years but I will never use the mail order service again. Shops are fine but the online service is none existing. I would ad ise you stay well clear. Use at your peril if something goes wrong absolutely no one with bother sorting it out. Discrace full from sush a high end retailer it's well said it just a posh sports direct.

Sent 3, emails no reply! Ordered goods 2 days before son and he got his next day ! Probably because he didn’t know about the extra 20% disc on his order and was charged the full amount. No reply to email as you can’t call so extra money to cruise at these difficult times , he’s only 18 ! Not nice cruise ...

I know the current situation but I payed for next day delivery and it took 3 days to be delivered I just think they shouldn't be offering it if it cant be done at this time
