Lost my parcel and have suggested in re sending no good at all

Poor customer service, emailed once and left 2 messages on the customer service section on the website. Never got a reply. I ordered a stone island jacket and it arrived and was different from the one I ordered. I have paid £10 for next day delivery and had to pay £13 to send it back.

Wanted to add additional items to my live order and was told I was t able to even though stock hadn’t been allocated then was told that one of the additional items although I had in a new order in my basket had gone out of stock in the space of one minute. Very poor which is a shame would have been using Cruise a lot

Ordered a t shirt came in the wrong size although it does say the correct size On the order form included in the package. As returns are not free had to pay to return so not happy. Please be more vigilant when packing. Not a great experience

Shopping online no issues, prices were reasonable. No pre-paid returns for the value of clothing is a real kick in the teeth. Also, i bought 2 jackets the day before a sale and got free standard delivery. On the day of the sale i bought the same 2 jackets as they were no in the sale and was charged for delivery, that kind of mischief is the reason i will not be shopping with you guys in the future. I have a lack of respect for Cruise and nowhere near the quality of high-end retailers such as End clothing, cheers.

Items arrived on time, but I was charged for delivery when it was suppose to be free delivery for orders over £150 (mines was over this) so I was wrongly charged, emailed customer service over a week ago and still not heard back.

Ordered a medium Calvin Klein sweatshirt based on the size guidelines and the item was far too big for my partner’s 6ft 5in son!! It looked like a tent. Having to pay for a return when the sizing was so wrong is also unacceptable after paying so much for delivery in the first place.

I selected a Stone Island sweatshirt which was priced at £200, added to my basket for the price to change to £210, I checked the following morning and the same sweatshirt is still listed twice, one for £200 and one for £210, I also purchased a Vivienne Westwood sweatshirt total invoice was over £300 and I still had to pay £6.99 postage, not very good and very disappointing

You canceled 1 of the 2 items I purchased and don't ask about canceling the entire order. Without first item I was not interested in buying. So I lost money for shiping. The goods came without a cardboard box. I'm dissapointed

I am still waiting for my joggers. You sent me an empty box for £75 and this was a week ago, yet I am still waiting to hear what is happening with it. If you are not sending them can you give me a refund now as I am fed up waiting. Thanks

Was a bit unhappy with recent order, came quick and on time however I feel like when paying £750 for a pair of trainers it should come packaged more professionally. To receive a Louboutin box literally in plastic in the mail just doesn’t really cut it in my opinion. To not even receive the cruise zip dust bag that I’ve received many times before was a bit disappointing as this was a gift.

Whom It May Concern I took advantage of what I thought was a fantastic offer from Cruise Fashion last week. It is my Wife’s Birthday this week – She is 30 so it’s an important day. We should all have been going out with the extended family however due to the current lockdown this wasn’t possible. So on Thursday 9th April I ordered £800 worth of items from Cruise on next day delivery. Thinking that nothing could possibly go wrong as the perception of a store with this name couldn’t let anyone down. How wrong was I – When DPD put the parcel on my doorstep on Friday around 17:00 I did look at it and think it was a bit slimmer than I thought however my Wife was there and I didn’t want to open it at the time. About an hour later I opened the parcel and discovered there was a pair of Christian Louboutin Shoes missing at a value of £452 (£565 with 20% off). Of course it was too late in the day to contact anyone from Cruise, closed at weekends and Easter Monday. That said, as worried as I was I left a direct message on Instagram, a tweet on Twitter, emails to their Customer Services Team and messages through their online chat. Over the weekend not only was I worried about the cost of the shoes not arriving but also not having them in time for my Wife’s birthday. Curiosity sets in and I began googling reviews on Cruise and to my horror the amount of 1 star reviews were unbelievable, items missing from parcels, items not turning up, refunds not given, Customer Services not returning calls or emails. Not what I would have expected from a high end Fashion Store. I also thought ok lets see if a shoe box could fit in the parcel, so a Christian Louboutin shoe box, same size would not fit in the parcel so was never there in the first place. The parcel also stated the weight was 3.7kg and I’m unsure if this was with the shoes or without them. On Tuesday morning this week their chat opened at 10:00 and of course I expected a quick response, given their chat stated a response in under five minutes I received nothing until I started sending additional messages saying I would involve the media in my complaint. As expected when I did get a response, Simone from Cruise stated they would have to investigate and would get back to me within 24 hours. This morning I have had no response and that is despite their chat stating replying in under 2 minutes. I really only want what I paid for, all other items in the parcel are great and I am happy with these am happy to discuss this further. I would really appreciate your help in trying to resolve this with Cruise. In addition I totally forgot you sent the wrong colour of leggings to me. I paid for grey, you sent Navy but the tag says grey ?

ALWAYS advertise discount but is on a VERY VERY Limited amount of Brands and Postage is very very expensive Whilst when j am lucky enough to buy a Luxury Item I think Postage could be Less Very Very Greedy Company not very Customer thoughtful
