The wrong item was sent to me. I contacted the customer service department by e-mail and received no reply. I sent the item back in order to obtain the correct garment.

Order didn't arrive, then no record of order, when it did arrive it was the smallest large tee shirt I've seen so had to return it. Wouldn't risk an online order again.

I think the fact you charge for delivery then require the customer to pay for return is poor. There is no option to return to a local store. As a result of a recent experience where I was charged delivery for almost £500 of clothes and now need to pay £18.00 to return has made my decision not to purchase again from Cruise on line

Poor quality pictures of item and incorrect sizing advice. Had to send back to spent over £10 in P&P. Will not be using again

After making an on line order and hearing nothing for 11 days, I eventually found out, after having to make 2 phone calls to customer service, despite being told someone would ring me back but not bothering, that you had cancelled my order and processed a refund due to no stock being available in either the Leeds store or the warehouse. I was not notfied of this but was told there had been a technical error. After challenging this with customer services I was eventually told that there was in fact stock in the warehouse and if I ordered the items I wanted again I would be refunded the 20% discount that I had originally used as well as my delivery cost. I found this whole experience unacceptable and distressing. This order was my son’s Christmas present and I fail to understand why no one bothered to tell me for 11 days what was going on. In fact I fk t believe you would have ever have bothered to tell me about it if I had not been persistent in contacting customer services. I was still left dissatisfied as I had to order a shirt that is in fact too big as you did not have the medium I wanted by the time my second order was placed. Whilst I appreciate the fact that I was refunded the 20% discount and the delivery cost, i should not have had to be placed under such pressure or be subject to such poor customer services by your company. I would doubt very much that I will place any more orders with you as I would not be convinced that you could actually honour any orders. I think you need to seriously review your processes and ensure that customer communication and ordering processes are pimproved

I had to return a parcel containing a jumper and a jack and cost £7 to return which it should be paid for

It did not, delivery charge for click and collect £6.99 is disgusting and no pre payed return. Would not use the site again

Disappointing to receive the shoe that had clearly been tried on by someone else (not a problem) but the box was not properly re-packed and one of the shoe tree's is missing. Worst of all was the fact that they had a sale sticker on the shoe with the price noted at 30% lower than I paid!!!

Top quality clothing as always however customer service & delivery experience is extremely poor.. left disappointed... no response to email or messages. Still waiting on a reply..it’s been 4 days.. Delivery company DPD allocated time slots and promising delivery however didn’t turn up on 2 occasions, resulting in a complete waste of my time as had to change plans and rearrange work to stay in.. total joke. Delivery charge is excessive.. paying for a premium service but receiving sub standard. Will think again before ordering.

Jeans cost £100.. but there was a label on them for £85 ...they were lower price instore too... i emailed them and got the reply that it must have been a mistake in warehouse ..despite telling them about instore price ..and i could send them back . Wont be ordering from cruise again

I tried on a Jacket in Manchester that I really liked, but they did not have my size, so I tried my size in another colour and it fitted perfectly. When I returned to Aberdeen I found it on the Cruise website so ordered it and had to pay £6.95 postage which is unusual when the item cost £280.00, usually this is free. When I received the item it was too tight over the chest and baggy at the bottom, so had to return it which cost another £3.90. So in total I have spent £10.85 on an item that I didn't keep, because the size was incorrect.

few times you've lost my parcels or stolen by the post man... postage price is to expensive. I don't recive any discount as I use the Edinburgh shop a lot. The stuff in the shop seems to be better quality than the online orders as it seconds or stuff people have tried on loads. some of the brands could have better selection. online store doesn't match the shops. takes to long to get delivered for £6 it should be next day or delivered to the shop

Nothing wrong with the item but your postal costs are shocking.would have cost less money on diesel driveing to collect item. I have had bigger parcels delivered from further for less .wont use again for said reason.

Cruise, Newcastle, has become very poor over the last year. The selections of clothing are decreasing and it does not have the same class that it used to
