Pacrel never arrived! Although courrier was to blame. Had to cancel my order as it was required for holiday and there was no replacement in stock.

I placed a Gucci bag, while the package is really poor. It comes with only a post bag. No box. No protection. My Gucci bag gets almost trampled during the shipping. Really hope the boutique could improve their way of packaging. However, fast delivery.

Shirt cut like the 90s. Not good. Sending back for a smaller size which will hopefully fit better. Will have to pay even more postage now. Not happy considering shirt was £85.

Weren't bad but was promised 20% from 4/10/2017 to 4/11/2017 and code didn't work so had to pay full whack kinda miffed off as I've been a consistent customer! In future ill go elsewhere goodbye.

To be honest I'm bit disappointed as I spent £1340 On handbag for my partner and gift wasn't gift wrapped or in a nice gift bag.

"The trainers were 2 different colours so they sent me an mismatched pair and the dress didn't have its belt.\r\nI alos had to pay for the postage to return despite this being completely the fault of the store.\r\nExtremely disappointed."

The two tops were disappointing. One was extremely shabby and very creased. The other I suspect had been worn and then returned. The handbag had obviously been used and did not have a dust bag. It is very doubtful I will be using Cruise again due to the poor quality. It was like a second hand shop and no what I have come to expect from Cruise/Flannels.

Cruise are great but the delivery company used are not. I would seriously think twice about ordering anything else if it is to be delivered by DPD.

Shopping website is fine, but can’t beleive you charge postage and packing for orders over a £100. We recently bought a top at £350 and paid £5.99 postage, I think this is terrible. Also, shop very overpriced

I received a confirmation email from cruise that my order had been dispatched, but it never made it to the delivery company DPD. This resulted in the item I had purchased being sold out by the time I contacted cruise to find out why my purchase hadn't arrived. It was really disappointing. There didn't seem to be any reason why this had happened.

Perfume came with a sale sticker on it which was less than what I had paid. It was embarrassing as it was a gift

DPD delivery service was poor. Took a long time to arrive and dpd gave me false promises regarding when I would have my order. No issues with cruise or the product just your delivery service

I was sent the wrong colour of item then very disappointed to discover the Ingram street shop unlike most other high street shops, doesn't accept online returns, as a very regular cruise shopper this was my 2nd worst experience with the store

Quality different to the tops in the store, i bought a polo shirt in store on the Monday and was soft and sat nice when on and these ones were different quality and smaller. I ordered a pack of 2 t-shirts as a gift and the box they came in was falling apart ripped and open
