You do not offer free returns or return to store so this cost me over £40 to return handbags. I realise its my own fault but I will not be ordering from you again.

I wrote a very lengthy email to the Aberdeen Cruise store on 22/04/17 making a formal complaint about Tanya (from the online Customer ServiceTeam) and I have yet to receive a response! If I am likely to receive a response from you, then I am more than happy to send you the original email.

The size advice on the website was completely inaccurate as I chose my normal size as advised and it was nowhere to fitting. This has cost me £12 in postage with no item to show for it. Not too happy

The packaging was not very good. Tried returning the goods back to the shop as they were not the right size

I ordered on a sat night hoping to receive an order before going on holiday. I emailed to see if it would come in time, response poor, might as well have been automated, it was my fault for leaving late but thee was zero customer care. Lucky your sale is generally good ortherwise I'd keep away

Disappointing to see that returns are not included and have to be paid by the customer. Delivery costs are also higher than other online stores. The return postage paid today of £8.50 plus £6 postage means that I will give my custom to competitor stores who often offer free postage over £100 and always free returns. I ordered twice in the same week before realising this and will avoid using this online store again.

Ordered 4 items but only received 3 as the main item ordered was out of stock. When I contacted customer service I was informed that stock turns over quickly so some things wouldn't always be available. As I say, disappointing as this was the main item in the order.

My order arrived - the 'Cruise' Dust Bag has a hole in it and the 'Sophia Webster' shoe box is DIRTY - covered in dust so much that I had to clean it with a damp cloth. I'm shocked with the service from such a "Premium" store. I bought the shoes as a birthday gift and I appreciate they were in the sale however I still don't think this is a acceptable.

Sales Assistant in Aberdeen really wasn't very helpful at all. He had no idea with what I was looking for, and when he finally did he told Me to look go somewhere else. Aren't staff trained instore to understand what the web store stocks and if at all staff can order for a customer? Poor service, felt like a burden to him. Won't bother next time. Ended up ordering myself from home. Web delivery service was sensational. A+

Sent out 'ex display' stock and wrong sizes. This should be clearly highlighted online prior to purchase

terrible customer service. I placed an order not realising it was the wrong product. I emailed literally in the same minute to cancel the order - the order wasn't cancelled and i had to pay the return postage of £6. They do not even check their emails.

Ordered shorts that were labelled as large and were a 40" waist - clearly the shorts aren't large and because of the Cruise returns policy, I have to pay for the postage which is wrong.

Ordered a Dkny anorak 2xl when sale was on money was taken and order was placed along with my other items. Email was sent saying order had been received and placed. 1 day later I received an email saying my order will be delivered but this item was out of stock which it didn't say at the time I ordered it(two items said they were out of stock when I tried to order at the same time). Two days after when my order was delivered believe it or not the item was back on the web site in the size I ordered, seems abit suspect items shouldn't be on the site if this is going to happen.

Hi, Unfortunately we did not have the product at the time of picking which is why it got cancelled from your order. You should have received an email informing you of this but if you didn't I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our website is updated on a regular basis and all items advertised online are in stock at the time of an update. Unfortunately on very rare occasions where we have small quantities of a particular item, orders placed between updates may exceed the quantity of items we have available. In such circumstances we will allocate goods to the customers who ordered the items first. The item will be removed during the next update. You were not charged for the item (s) cancelled and any authorisations for payment made at the time of placing the order will automatically be cleared by your bank. This process will take up to 5 days depending on your banks procedures. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Cruise
