The postage and packaging of £5.99 is ridiculous

Was left disappointed with my recent order . Amongst my order was a moncler jacket.The security tag was still on it and it was crumpled into the parcel . I had to return the item and order it again which isn't ideal.

I am starting to question the authenticity of clothes and footwear as labels don't match in store labels I have from store i have been buying from cruise clothing for over 20 years i am unable to visit store because bad health

I bought ugg shoes the box was broken and the top cover is not fit to the bottom box cannot give a gift because the box was mixed match and broken

Made two different orders, one was swimming shorts and they sent different style out. The mistake with the other was that a hole in my T-shirt was needing theses items for holiday not got enough time to return disappointed. Alfie Heaney

I havent received one of the items in the package sent out. It is missing a Lacoste shirt - detailed on the attached invoice. Hoping that you can rectify this asap

I would like to shop mote, however I feel the delivery charge! And also return cost are very off putting.... unfortunately when I order I hope my goods fit however if need to return I feel excessive cost applied again!. Would use more if this was not the case like other big suppliers. Please re think this!

Jacket ordered online, arrived damaged and smelling of aftershave​. Was told I could return it for a full refund but no exchange could be offered due to no stock remaining. Really liked the jacket and wanted to keep it. Requested a partial refund to cover cost of repair which was refused. Ended up keeping the jacket and fixing it myself. It still smells of aftershave.

Jacket was covered in bits of fluff inside which stuck to my t shirt when I tried it on, hence I didn't want it. Had to pay £9.99 to send it back (Royal Mail signed for), which was on top of the £5.99 I had paid for you to deliver it. Most online retailers offer free shipping and/or free returns, very disappointed in Cruise, would not recommend or use again.

Ordered 2 polo shirts for my grandson holidays and had to send them back The orange one looked washed out and didn't look worth the money if I had bought it full price the white one wasn't up to much was disappointed this is the first time I've ordered from cruise don't think I'll be back

Tshirts were too small so all day sunday a was trying to phone the store to see if i could return and couldnt get through all day eventually got someone on monday and was told would have to post items back

Hi, I'm sorry to hear we were unable to exchange the returned item however we were unable to proceed with this request as the item required for the exchange was out of stock. Really happy with purchase but when I paid I realised there was a couple of items that had come out the basket. I emailed straight away and was told I was not able to add them on unhappy with this as I'm a regular customer. Still nothing done about this but still wanting a review

Hi, Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make amendments or additions to order due to the customer confirmation e.g. price/order confirmation has to be placed by the customer themselves. I ordered a polo shirt it got delivered with footprint surface stains the cost of paying for a return did not seem worth it as when I queried this with the customer service department there was no offer of reimbursement of delivery fee even though the item was technically damaged, so I had to wash an item that was had not yet been worn, once washing this item the stain is still slightly visible, so I am quite disappointed

Actually this is online shopping and I spend more than £250 and did not get any free delivery and refund due to that I paid £5.99 for delivery and unfortunately £14 for refund which is really high . Also right now after 2 weeks you sent me mail that you dont have goods in your stock . Honestly I will keep this in my mind to not buy anything from you online anymore .
