I had no reply from customer service to help me find out why my account could not be activated even though my order was completed and money was taken I was told my email address was unknown. I rejoined and set up new passwords but still nothing happened. They need to improve their website and make sure Paypal can be used and accepted. I was unable to use Paypal!

Ordered trainers only to be told after payment out of stock I only ordered other things as I was wanting only trainers so waste of time

Whilst purchasing online was absolutely fine (and would do it again in future), my previous in store experience was not. After receiving a shirt purchased from Cruise in Derby as a birthday gift, I was made to feel like a criminal when returning the item. The item of clothing had not been worn, but the store supervisor implied that I would not but able to return the shirt because it was creased. This was extremely embarrassing for me as I had to repeat myself on a number of occasions that I had not worn the item - which she obviously didn't believe! An item will naturally crease in a bag, so I'm not sure what she expected. I eventually did get a credit note, but not after she announced to everyone that the was a shirt being returned that had creases ehich had to be removed before being resold. I know this may sound petty, but it has been embarrassing enough for me, not to step into Cruise Derby again. My friends and family have also shopped at the store in the past and not not been impressed with my experience.

1. website is not working properly 2. suit sizes were shown as 44 which could either have been british or European and cruise shows sizes in a mixed way for garnents so youre never sure if size is uk or eu- I ended up with a small European size 3. as soon as I realised 2 above I e-mailes customer service twice but they responded 40 hours later only to tell me they could not cancel my transaction-I e-mailed flannels customer service and received reply in 6 hours. I felt cruise made no effort to cancel my order at all. 4. I have to pay return postage on returns-there is no collect+ like flannels, outrageous will stick to more reliable and profeesional online outlets in future

I have returned last Thursday my suit and my wife's jacket because mine was a big size and the other one was a small size that why I am so worried and I am not happy if you receive my return items or not. Very poor packaging for a Valentino's bag. No authenticity card of the item and that's not acceptable for a branded and expensive item.

Hello, My Order reference number: CRUS40000027965622 Leggings low waisted, elasticised waist, sequins, lined interior, tulle 42 Product Code: YA5598/01/100 I have received my order yesterday(it has been delivered on 27th of July, but I was not in UK, and I just went back yesterday), and I opened the package, surprisingly and disappointedly, many paillette pieces of the pant fallen off, and scattered on the floor. Besides, there are so many obvious opened and missing stitches around the waist part(please check the attached pictures), I don't even dare to try it on since it is so fragile! Those paillette pieces just kept fallen off by the missing stitches. I am aware this was an on sale item, but I certainly didn't expected it has been damaged like this! I paid money for one damaged pant which I could not wear unless I fix it by myself. Please contact me by email or telephone call. Thank you.

Bought a YSL bag which came in bubble wrap! No Saint Laurent box, dust bag or care/authenticity card. When I contacted customer service to ask where these were I didn't even get a reply but a Saint Laurent dust bag did get delivered a few days later. Won't be buying from Cruise again.

The delivery time and service were fine. The box the keyring came in was a disgrace. It looked like it has been chewed up by something. Luckily this was for myself and not a gift or I would have returned it. The box had been packed in this condition it had not happened on route.

I was sent the wrong item & it then went out of stock on the website. Was a birthday gift that I was then told to take the time to arrange to post back.

I bought a t shirt online paid for delivery it didn't fit so I was returning to the shop to be told I had to post it costing me another £8, will definitely not be shopping online at cruise again total cost for postage and packing £15....

I ordered a dress online that included a belt, however when it arrived the belt was missing. After contacting customer care 'Amy' was completely unhelpful, even though initially she said she would send the belt out, she recounted and said there was none available even though I could see multiple of these dresses still available on the website. Her only response was to send it back. She wouldn't even commit to a belt arriving with the dress should I swap it for a different size. Shame as I wanted to keep the dress.

I received a further 10% off discount code only hours after I made an order online therefore I emailed your customer care team to ask that this can be applied to my order. Given that it was only a matter of hours earlier that I had made the order, I didn't think that this would be a problem. However I received an email back saying that you would not do this but no explanation as to why. Really poor customer service.

My order has been sitting in yodel depot since the 3rd July it's now the 10 July and I still don't have it. The goods where for holiday on the 13th July. Hopefully it comes before we leave.
