A fantastic clothes shop, unfortunately their web / mail order service is let down by using a snide courier rather than Royal Mail and if you have a job then getting a suitable delivery time can be tough. I also ordered shorts that were advertised on the website as 'jersey shorts' but when they arrived they were 'sleep shorts' i'll be interested to see how good the returns facility is.

Online section and posting was all very good, however recieving the wrong size is very annoying and now I have to go to the trouble of taking it back!

I have ordered 2 items and one of them was wrong. Little bit disappointed. Hopefully my next order will be right.

Clothing arrived with marks on it. Very dissapointed for a £300 jacket I would expect perfection.

I placed pre order for Armani bag which I waited almost 6 weeks when the order came there was no bag so when phoned cruise online I was told it was out of stock I don't understand how it can be out of stock when it was on pre order .

Took 6 days to receive my parcel after being told it was coming within 2 days. After I paid p&p I think the service was poor!

CRUISE should provide a FREE returns service - the shoes I purchased were not suitable and I had to pay £9.00 to return them securely. Other Retailers, when purchasing online, provide a FREE Returns service.

I payed £215 for a stone island zipper on cruise website and when it arrived with marked on it. I called cruise main shop and they were very unhelpful . I won't be shopping on here again

Sale products would benefit from a more detailed description and more photos as the bargain prices seem to reflect condition( handling marks, different colour to photo and defects etc) however refunds are fast but it's a shame is costs the customer to return which is expensive as items have to be trackable to ensure any chance of a refund (returns should be free) ...overall poor experience although shipping is speedy, reluctant to purchase from you again if I'm totally honest.

Bought a Marc Jacobs watch and there was a faulty battery in it. could not get any response from Cruise so in the end just went to a local jewellers who replaced it for £6

I recently ordered a dress on a promotion. I could not find a way to enter the discount code and was charged full price. I looked for telephone number to discuss. Maybe just me but couldn't find one. I loved the dress and won't return it but disappointed. Otherwise I am usually very satisfied

Deliveries are very slow from time of ordering. Impossible to ever speak to anyone in customer service - on many occasions the telephone answering system has just left me on hold, with silence?

All the clothes come from the same place as flannels and van mildert the web sites are exactly the same but unlike flannels and van mildert the consumer has to pay for returns or exchanges so for that reason I won't consider buying anything else from cruise

Service for oderong and sending the goods out has been excellent nut 1 of my items were missing and the girl i spoke to in customer service seemed to lack in skills in it what so ever terrible communication no apology in the phone and still awaiting the form to be emailed across to me that i was told would be sent straight to my email service is so much better when your in store.

I ordered the Jimmy Choo Riley tote and it arrived with several scratches in the leather, you do not offer a telephone customer service so I have e-mailed you about this matter, but without response!
