I have been a loyal customer to the cruise Fashion store in Glasgow for over ten years spending thousands of pounds throughout the years and this was only the first time I have tried to use the online service as I have have been busy with work commitments. The staff in the stores are a credit to the company and have a great relationship with some of them becoming good friends. But to my disappointment i will not be using the online service again. I picked several items that took quite a bit of time to do so to no fault of my own trying to find things that was in my size. when I finally picked things that where in stock and showing available. I picked my outfit around a black shirt that I had purchased and to my disappointment I received an email saying that this item was no longer available therefore I received my £30 refund but would have to go on and pick something else but could not find another black shirt to go with my outfit.I then picked another item of £30 pound and having to pay another £5.99 on delivery charge. I would continue to shop in store but not online in the future.

I found the customer service team very unhelpful as I was given different information by different members of staff. My parcel was also delivered later than I was guaranteed and was not here in time for Christmas.

I have returned by registered post a Hugo boss men's leather jacket which you should have received on Xmas eve at 1pm. I need a bigger size, I need a XXL. I have used the "contact us" twice now and still I have not heard anything from anyone yet about this. I understand you have been closed over the holidays but an email to say you have received it would have been nice. It's now the 29th December & still nothing. Could someone please tell me when I will receive my item. Thank you. Maxine wild.

The good- delivery is very quick The bad- box covered in a thick dust and marks. Item covered in scratches. Looks as if it could have been used. Would not recommend , when company's such as selfridges / harvey Knicks provide better service .

Speedy delivery however shirt was cresed beyond belief! Buttons on the shirt were all undone as if someone had just tried it on. It was a Christmasgift so pretty bad really

I purchased a pair of boots and the next day they were reduced in price further. When I called to enquire of Cruise honouring the price difference I was advised to return and re-order the product which wouldn't have been a problem except this would have resulted in two sets of delivery / return charges! It turned out the boots didn't fit so I had to return them anyway but this has meant I am out of pocket for delivery and return charges - which I am surprised at given the Consumer Contracts Regulation and this being the only item on my order. So the average feedback relates to incurring the cost of postage and return and Cruise not honouring price changes on their website within a few hours

I bought an item at around 11pm and woke up the next morning to find there was a 20% off deal. I was not allowed to cancel and the customer service rep said they would not honour the 20% discount. Very disappointed.

Ordered a bag last Wednesday still not arrived when I try and track it the yodel site says there is a 72 hour delay on the tracking it better be here soon as it is for my daughters Christmas the items I ordered on the same day from other companies have all been delivered

The quickness of delivery is good but when you pay £5:99 for it, I think it's disgusting you have to pay for returning the items too..... My partner and myself shop often at Cruise but the store doesn't always stock the sizes so we have no choice but to shop online. I also use another premium brand shop and their returns service is FREE....as it should be.

Hi , biggest problem is when you put your bag together you take the money only to be told 3days later your items are no longer in stock, when this is the case cancel the full order out of principle as there is no need for this situation to occur which then costs the consumer the return fee bad management, I also know u loose a lot of money through this as all of my friends feel the same way. Whole new stock control system is needed customers would have more respect to be told on the spot out of stock, if u take my money for an item it is bought and paid for I am under the assumption it is now picked and will soon be on it's way to me I expect this at the least this is nearly 2016 and I can only take a push of a button to be put aside bad management bad system set up. Must do better guys, there are other companies out there that provide this service in a lot better manner!!! Regards Kevin

The aftercare has been poor. I ordered an item on a Friday night, I had various issues as the website kept crashing. Each time I tried I was using a discount code, finally on my 4th attempt my order went through, again I applied the code but didn't realise it hadn't applied properly (as you can imagine I was so frustrated about the site crashing I didn't notice after applying the code again it had fallen off). As it was the weekend I couldn't contact customer services. I called first thing Monday morning to be told there is nothing that could be done as my order had been dispatched and the code had expired. I explained I wasn't asking for the same code to be used but the amount I would have saved using the code to be refunded back into my card. Again I was told no but at the same time was basically told if customer services had been open it could have been sorted. I have since emailed customer service to be told the same thing. On the 2 dealings I've experienced with your customer service department I felt as if the person dealing with my enquiry couldn't be bothered. Considering the fault ie website crashing lies at your end and I had no way of contacting you I feel I should not have be penalised for the error. As I said on my email to customer services I will definitely think twice about shopping with you again. I feel a company like yours should take better pride in the customer service experience be it before a sale or after.

Item I ordered (men's boots) Had previously been worn ether in shop or by customer scuffs scrappes and worn sole not what you expect to receive

I bought the jeans on the strength of getting 10% discount. But at the checkout there was no where for me to put the discount code and ended up paying the full price, feel conned.

Well it's not really down to cruise but ordered my brother some £300 Gucci trainers and the cruise bag and the Gucci box was all damaged, wasn't at all pleased

Having been a Cruise customer for many a year I feel that the way my last order was dealt with was very poor.I ordered an item that was promptly delivered but to my suprise was completely wrong and was advised that the correct item was no longer available.And no mention of who will pay the postage if the return of the wrong goods.Expected a lot better from a usually professional retailer.

Ordered 3 items, but received only 1. They have looked at this, and told me that all have been delivered. Thats bad. Good thing is that they responded quickly to help me with the claim form. Hopefully the problems will be resolved, but really a waste of time.

To be honest I wasn't too impressed with Cruise. I bought a pair of Ugg boots which were on sale at £105 and was then charged a further £6 delivery fee and there was no option to pick up in store. A lot of other retailers will provide free delivery for spending a lot less or they give you the option to pick up at the store and I think Cruise could benefit from offering either of these services.
