Bought some evisu jeans cold rinsed them once and seagull on back is fading already, not good.

I like the products but the fact that I get charged for delivery and then have to pay again to return the item is very poor. I buy most of my clothes online so I often order more than I need to, try on and send back what I don't want. The fact you will charge me twice for delivery means that Cruise does not suit me so I won't be buying from you again unfortunately as I like your brands.

Staff not the best, returns policy states the wrong information on the net, not what the shop used to be. ,

I came in to Glasgow store 2 wks ago looking for a jacket for my son , explained it was a vivienne Westwood jacket . The chap behind the counter told me it wasn't in stock but try web site . I explain I wasn't to sure about the sizes but my son is about your size. He told me to go for a size 50 that should do , ordered it straight away on line paid £6.00 for delivery , totally wrong size and had to pay £8.55 for it to be returned ( Not a happy mother ).

Hello, That is very sad you do not have any Loyalty programs, I think without that system you just miss 100% of future orders. I have decided to try your system in spite of variety of others I am buying and still using them, but you decided just tell me that it is my mistake and Cruise team sorry for any inconvenience. It was my mistake I paid a bill in pounds and noticed it just right after I pressed button to pay. I have a few pages open in euro paid system, but after I opened another one it was by default in pounds, that is why I just did not call attention to that. I paid extra in pounds, but I am not going to buy anything else with you after that. Thank you, Tim

I was not happy as the description said i will be getting 32 length and i got 34 length and i have been trying to call the customer service and havent been connected on many occasions now and im furious when spending alot on armani jeans and they dont send the right size plus i called in the before had and someone at their company told me they will be sending me that size out !

Clothes I got said xxxl and measured medium there really should be a better detailed description for so called high end clothing as this just wasted everyone's time and cost me lots on postage

Unable to return to my local store who had stock. Contacted yourselves via telephone and was told that they had stock in my size so I asked for them to be held whilst I returned mine so I didn't lose them, was told they couldn't. Hence I have been refunded my money as the are now out of stock!! Ridiculous! If you want to discuss further contact me on 07810200634, cheers

When the stone island jumper that i ordered arrived i was disappointed to see that the left side of the body of the jumped had weird darker marks all up it. I think considering the money you pay for these this shouldn't happen. I then went to the store in Glasgow City Centre and they explained the policy differences and how they couldn't do anything even though they could see the marks. After agreeing that i would need to send it back when i got home i realised its not even free postage. So i am having to pay for the mess of the jumper. The jumper is a birthday present which is in 2 days and when i phoned up it was made clear wouldn't have it till the following week... maybe. Over all i am unhappy with the hole thing as i never expected any of it from such a big company. Also when the jumper arrived its a completely different color from on the website. The website shows a Royal Red it in fact is a rusty red. Big difference!

For my first experience shopping with Cruise I'm not overly impressed! Ordered my goods to then be advised half of my order was no longer available yet I can still go online and purchase these items. They should be taken off the site if no longer available. The sizes are just way out! The Roberto cavalli tops that are supposed to be a small 8-10 were more like a 14-16 and the jeans which I'm normally a 28/29 waist were the opposite and way too small! I don't think customers should be paying for returns nowadays as well as delivery which you do with Cruise! my first shopping experience with Zalando has far more impressed me than Cruise and much cheaper too!

Really disappointed. Bag arrived rolled up in bubble wrap and not in the brand dust bag. Tags had all been torn off and thrown in bag. I have bought the same bag from the designer's website in the past and know the way it should be packaged. Felt bag had been either been previously used or had been lying in a store without proper packaging for a considerable amount of time. I have bought bags directly from Cruise stores before and was extremely disappointed with the online experience.

I shop a lot in cruize for my partner especially stone island hugo boss and ralph Lauren but I am not satasfied with delivery services and stock won't be doing online shopping with cruize again

Purse I received had a scratched zip so I have had to return it, was extremely disappointed as it was for a birthday present. I have now returned the purse through recorded delivery which has allowed me to check that it has been received by yourselves but I haven't heard anything from yourselves yet, I appreciate it was only received yesterday but would like to know as soon as possible in regards to the refund please, thank you.

I have previously sent an email to customer services and have not received any reply. My complaint is regarding an order for an Alexander Mqueen shirt. Your advice on the sizing was true to size so I ordered a medium. When the shirt arrived it was never a medium in a million years. I measured the chest and at betts it was 38-39 inches. If I had known this I would have ordered a bigger size. It has now cost me over £10 in postal costs for a shirt which wasn't true to size as advertised. I am extremely disappointed in your company and would like a credit for the postal costs please. To cap it all the shirt was to wear at my granddaughters christening and thee wasn't sufficient time to order a replacement. I wouldn't gamble on the sizes any way. Very poor advertising by your company at a cost to me as a customer that I needn't occur . As I said previously you haven't had the courtesy to reply to my email either.

I recieved my order 3 days after purchasing 1 tracksuit was fine but the other one was missing pants so I contacted customer services and waited 3 days for a reply they said to send the tracksuit back for a refund which cost a further £4 to so this I'm still waiting for my refund so let's see what will happen

I think the delivery charges are high and cannot believe you do not offer next day delivery. Happy with the product though waiting 5 days for it was annoying.

Shoes had marks on 1 pair jeans the stitching came away after wearing once so sent back with other 5 pairs I bought cruise needs to do free delivery and free returns like every other shop espicailly the cost of clothing in cruise

I had a problem with.my order at first I received two completely different trainers in the box which I returned to yous how's er the customer resolutions dept sorted this for me so u wasn't too unhappy many thanks again to the customer relations team for sorting me out
