The t shirt I oredered was to small,I've posted it back nearly 2 weeks ago,invoice number CRUS40000023633102 and I'm still waiting for my money to be credited to my card,I've also emailed and asked with no reply

Was quick delivery but should of been as it was £6.99 ,very dissappointed with one of the items as the colour was nothing like the colour on the internet & to return it back to you it then cost me another £4.00 so I wouldnt order online again from cruise

I bought afew Versace items last week - and the tags inside the jumper (at the back of neck) are hanging off in afew of them...this doesn't seem right. Like they are replicas and not authentic Versace merchandise.

The product did not turn out to be what it looked like or was described as. Also I paired £6 for postage and for returning the item I had to pay that aswell so that's a rip off. Another thing is that I couldn't return the item in store I had to return it back to where it came from so back to cruise lol

I ordered a man's jacket and it wouldn't have fitted a school boy, so I paid £7.00 delivery and £8.55 return postage to view a coat!

The product i brought was advertised wrong as a tshirt, when it came it was sleepwear. Postage is over priced when you can pay the same price on most websites for next day delivery.

I have been a loyal customer of Cruise for many years but am quite disappointed that after I had purchased a Versace shirt I then received a 20% off offer a few days later. I feel that if sale goods are being offered it should be at the lowest price available and I would have been over £30 better off if this was the case.

I had items to return which I orderd off the website. Went into the Glasgow store to be told I could not return items which had been bought off the website and that they had to be sent back! I made the cashier aware that I would have happily took a credit note for the items and not cash back but still wasn't allowed! I have since sent these items back and still waiting on a refund! I also had an item to return that I bought at the Edinburgh store and took to Glasgow which I was told I could only return it to the Edinburgh store! Why is this? Big waste of my time that day travelling to Glasgow and not able to return my items!

I ordered a shirt which was a custom fit, when it arrived it was slim fit, had to send it back at my cost

I find it shocking that Cruise use Yodel for order delivery. I was away from home over Christmas for 3 days and received an end up from Yodel stating my order had been delivered. I assumed it had been left with my neighbour. On my return the following day I discovered my parcel containing a Gucci bag worth £1500 dumped in my front garden! Why do I need to pay for Royal Mail return when Cruise use Yodel? I am disgusted with the service received from Yodel and very disappointed that this company is used by Cruise. I have been a loyal customer to Cruise for many years but will now take my custom elsewhere.

Unfortunatley the parcel that was delivered by Yodel was left on my front door step, no paper work was posted through my door and if it was not for my neighbour who seen it laying and took it into there house then It may have been stolen.. Totally crazy that any delivery company thinks its acceptable to leave a parcel at someones front door in the middle of the day, irrespective of whats in the parcel its just soemething that should never be done. I would apprciate a response as I would not order from Cruise again if this is the service that is provided. Regards Grant Aird

Hi, I appreciate the query on how the service was for using Cruise. Communication and choice was great - but the fact I can't write a review of a product is concerning as despite paying an extortionate amount for delivery my order still hasn't arrived.

Bought two stone island tops great delivered time and was good that you were able to track the delivery but I was disappointed when the tops arrived in a cruise bag with a broken zip. The bag was a good idea to keep the new tops fresh but would have been a better surprise packaging Un damaged.

I like your website and the prices are great and the shipping is very affordable. But I ordered something that didn't fit me. I sent it back and I haven't heard anything back about a potential exchange/refund.

To be honest my experience before I received my item was faultless, but since then it's been a hassle I was told by a staff member in a cruise store I could return items bought online in store I have since found out this is not true so unfortunately my daughters boots are a size too small and after struggling to navigate the cruise website I have found out i need to print of a returns form which is ridiculous this should be provided with the order in case a return is required. Then trying to actually find a section to contact cruise was probably the worst part why make it so difficult for me to send a simple email. I won't be using cruise again I can find what I need elsewhere and if a return is required have a simpler process to deal with.
