Order items to use for a holiday took so long to come could not use them as I was already when the items where delivered to a neighbour. Ordered a week before I went.

I was very dissatisfied with the delivery I was to sign for my £200 jacket and returned home to it sitting outside my door with a card posted saying it had been left in a safe place?! I live in a close and it was not safe at all due to this matter I don't think I will be purchasing again!!

Ordered took 12 days to arrive and even at that I had to travel 30miles to collect as i was due to go on holiday the day it was eventually going to arrive.

Your website is great but I only ordered a bracelet but what was delivered was the wrong item. Ok the right one is now on its way but as my first ever order I'm a bit nervous as to bigger more important & expensive items! Sorry but it wasn't difficult

Wanted to change size, customer service rep said the order was not processed but would not change it. Said just plenty in stock send it back. Sent back wrong size but now non of the size I want. Customer service?

Price for delivery is ridiculous & if a return is required you do so at your own cost. 75% of high street stores have at least a minimum of free returns. Poor rating on this alone. £6 delivery an no free returns is just terrible. An items arrived 8days after purchase.......

I recieved a bag that had a black mark on it and studs at the bottom of the bag are badly scrapped.

shoes that were sent by Cruise must have been ex display as one shoes was covered in small scratches along one side- disappointed.

I had originally tried on a t-shirt in Cruise shop Belfast. They did not have the colour in stock which I wanted & suggested I order it online. As the size in large in different colour I tried on in shop was a good fit, I ordered it. On delivery I immediately noticed it was small looking. I measured it against another t-shirt in size large I have of the same make, & it was approximately 2 inches narrower. Delivery charges for original delivery & return have been incurred by myself. I have returned all to Cruise Customer Services with a full explanation & am awaiting their response.

Selected three items o?line, 4 days letter I got email notifying me that one of my items wasn't availabe , a further two days later another email saying another of my items wasn't available ..dreadful online service Won't use again

I've waited more than 10 days to receive my order and received a pair of worn shoes! Customer care team responded slowly. Such an unpleasant experiences, not comparable to any of the multi-brand website I've shopped from.

1. After placing order, takes too long time to start delivery. 2. Always feedback to me by e-mail about out of stock after i successfully placed order.(Could you improving your system to present the real status of stock? )

The delivery company you use is too expensive for a normal 3-5 working day delivery and the company you are using are hopeless and never keep you updated on the tracking

I was waiting for my order to arrive for a holiday and it took 5days to arrive. Not the best service. I would have paid extra for an express delivery if available.

Service was quick however this is the second time that the incorrect size came. I ordered slim fit Ralph Loren polo but custom sized arrived. I wanted the top for holiday so took the tags off without checking as paperwork Said it was slim fit.

As always with Cruise, you never know what's going on with your order and the delivery service is too slow for being much more expensive than competitors rates Will not order again

First time using cruise online shopping. Paid for delivery and received parcel 3 days late. Then to rub it in had to pay to return parcel!!

So slow, took 6 days to receive an email just to say my order was being processed. Order didn't arrive until 10 days after it was placed despite paying £6 for delivery in 2-5 days. Had to request that the delivery was refunded. Has put me off ordering from Cruise again. Not good service
