Poor experience. Bought shoes expecting to be brand new..... Instead get a pair clearly worn ex-display.

Delayed delivery times and not consistent and not as good as the competition It's not great when you purchase sales items and they are further reduced

Received a faulty item so had to return it and requested a replacement. In the mean time there was an additional 10 per cent off sale items but because I got a replacement cruise have refused to give me the additional 10 per cent discount although if I had re ordered the item myself I would have got 10 per cent off and got the item quicker than having to wait for a replacement Not impressed with cruise customer services at all

I was disappointed in 2 areas of this purchase with Cruise. I normally use the net a porter and outnet sites and so it is usual to receive your purchase in 24-48 hours and so I was disappointed that it took over 5 days to arrive. This could be improved to compete with the premium sites. In opening the parcel I was equally disappointed that there is a mark on one of the items. I have yet to decide whether I will keep said item as having waited this long I may just have to deal with the mark or alternatively I'll need to return it and try again to find something suitable. Quality control, however, should have picked up that the item was substandard. Being honest, I'll think twice before returning as not a great experience.

Was slightly disappointed with the time it took to arrive a week from when I ordered other high end shops generally deliver within 3 days with just standard delivery Thanks

Ordered a shirt online in a size Large. On receipt of purchase the packaging was marked as Large but the label in the shirt said medium.

The delivery was very quick I was made up my boyfriend didn't like the top if bought so I sent it straight back the same day for a refund a week later after it was signed for I still haven't heard a thing! I have a g 4 times to be told were busy give it 24 hours 3 days ago I am currently still awaiting my refund for my boyfriends Father's Day present wish I had never ordered online

5 days until order was recieved then I waited about 2 weeks to get a refund. Very poor service indeed

I have tried using them again and really wish I hadnt. I receive codes that don't work, the orders take weeks to be send out, no next day delivery option and charge £6. My £600 bag was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a black plastic packaging, no box no pride of purchase really it looked sad wen it arrived. I also applied a voucher to my order which was wiped when the order came through, I thought it might just be where the website is pretty basic it didn't show on the invoice but no I was charged full price. When I emailed them to ask if that was the case from their side their advice was to send back and re-order. As far as I'm concerned that's not good enough to pay £7 to return it registered and then another £6 to order again when they could have just refunded me the voucher amount. The customer services although polite have never actually offered any help at all or even to pretend that they have looked into anything. It's a real shame as some of the products that they have are fab if the website was invested in and orders were sent using a reputable company like NAP with free returns (as long as the items are actually in stock which they never seem to be) it would be more enjoyable to use. Not sure what im going to do with the bag and have a voucher still that im not eager to use (had it for a year). I think I might just not bother in future and same applies to flannels as they are the same company. X x

Hugely disappointed returned leather bomber jacket size Medium 50,for an exchange size S 48 returns dept received the item on 17th June am. Have had no confirmation that my product is on its way! Meanwhile the item has been reduced by a further 20% it is now 21st June still no response on my order, I am beginning to think that I shall miss out on the product that I have already paid for- hope you can change my mindset of this situation been shopping @ cruise Flannels since 1997 and never been so disappointed in service!

In store I feel cruise is great, however online is a complete contrast. Both of the times I have purchased clothing from the website I have been left disappointed, mainly because the sizes are not a true reflection of the actual size of the product - the descriptions could be more specific for the customer to avoid the disappointment of having to pay for registered return. Additionally, in previous times, I have ordered things and been told numerous days later that the item is unavailable which is disappointing.

very disappointed had to pay for returns and also that when i went ot order it would not allow me to enter a discount code i had. I then email customer services who say they can not refund the the amount that should have been discounted off.

Currently it's difficult to write an positive review about Cruise as the order of my shoes has not arrived and the delivery company are saying that they delivered them when they have not. the customer service are slowly helping but I am disappointed that I have still not received my shoes, so I will be asking for a refund.

This is my 2nd bad experience with Cruise where I have not been satisfied with the condition in which goods are received. The packaging is poor. There is no customer helpline number to get matter sorted immediately. The mails go back and forth and all we lose is time.

Lovely product but missing the tie. After 3 e mails and 3 phone calls cruise told me to send shirt back. Asked if they could not take tie off another shirt but that was not possible. Had to buy another shirt the same and pay again for delivery to get tie. Simple process that cost me .

I think the delivery times are needlessly long. Take all saints for example, guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 4pm. Regardless to wether there is a sale on or not And the fact you cannot return items in store that were bought online is an absolute joke. I don't think there is another clothes store in Britain that you cannot return items in store. If this were changed, I think your online sales would increase

Entered a voucher code it discounted it then when I received goods invoice stated full amount with no deduction. Poor service.
