It took 2 weeks to receive a pair of shoes, at the time of placing the order it said estimated delivery was 3 days and the shoes were in stock so I saw no reason for any delays. Any time I tried to find out what was taking so long I got an automated email response. The courier used is excellent, but it took too long for Cruise to process my order and I found it unacceptable that no one could tell me what was taking so long. I also personally think the postage costs are too high, £6 postage normally covers a next day delivery service. I will be very reluctant to order online from Cruise again.

This website is awful with stock checks, placed an order for an item for a birthday gift after searching for an hour to choose one to then be emailed by cruise to say the size I orderee was out of stock. Was not compensated when I complained and did not give a sincere apology !

Shopping experience ruined by poor delivery information. Promised delivery times are false as items are not sent at the times shown. There is no delivery information for days after purchase and this is not in keeping with other clothing sites. I look at Mr Porter as a site that is more or less faultless. You will then in sure have more returning custom.

Went on to the website TWICE to look for deals. Found Cruyff trainers reduced on the first occasion, ordered them, along with a DKNY cardigan that I wasn't willing to pay full delivery for on its own so was quite happy to get 2 items for the high delivery cost, however then I received an email to say the trainers were out of stock, there was no option of changing my order or a reduced delivery so was a bit miffed! Then a few days later, I went back on to the website to find the Cruyff trainers were back on it and in the correct size! Yay! Tried to order them again and received ANOTHER email to advise me they were out of stock! Now, I accept that errors like this happen on a one-off, but when I go on to the website DAYS after my initial issue, I expect that website to be updated to show what is in stock and what isn't! I'm not happy about this as the trainers were a great price! Sort out your website and get it up to date!!! Oh, also, I did send an email back with all this information, but heard nothing back so I find it highly unlikely that you'll pay attention to this, since nobody did the first time around!

Delivery took longer that stated , I actually had to e-mail them to find out that there was a delay because they were so busy!! Just not good enough customer service very poor :-(

The delivery was fast which is something expected due to the 25 pounds paid, packaging is fine, my big shock was when I opened the box and found out you sent me the worn shoes, the right side obviously taken from the showroom and is worn by many customers . For a store that big selling luxurious fashion brands... What a shame.. What made it worse.. It's was a birthday gift so I had to give it in that condition anyway. & Yes of course she noticed It...I can send photos to prove that ,

Placed my order for 2 items on Saturday evening, Sunday I received an email that 1 item is not in stock and they will send the other item. I emailed them back that I don't want to go ahead with my order as its silly to pay £6 delivery for one small item but the reply I got back was Customer services is closed over the weekend though I received 10s of emails about my order. Monday morning, I contacted the CS's that I don't want to place my order as I don't want to pay delivery for only one item but my order was already dispatched. I emailed customer services again that what if I place another order and you don't have item again in stock..I will end up paying delivery charges again. Yet to receive a reply!! 2 weeks after placing the order, the unavailable item is still listed on website and I wonder how many people would have ordered it to only find out that its not in stock. My concern is if I place order for more than 1 item then there is a risk of paying delivery charges even if one of the items is not in stock and the only way to play safe is order 1 item at a time First time used them and probably the last time. On the positive side, delivery is very quick

Placed an order online for some trainers and was sent different trainers to what was shown. When I called customer service the advisor was clearly not interested and wasn't listening. Had to repeat myself 3 times to explain what had happened. Asked to speak to a manager who looked into it further and advised would refund my postage costs for the return. No refund received for postage costs. Have emailed and called but no response from the manager I spoke to. Very poor service. Will not be using this company again and will advise all I know against shopping here too.

Being allowed to place an order and be written to some days later to say that multiple items are no longer in stock when they are supposed to be on next day delivery can be very frustrating!

The sizing of the clothing is very unreliable. The website says items are in stock when they are not.

Every time I place an order I always end up receiveing an email with an amendment to my order because the items are out off stock! I think this should be updated before your order is payed for! Specially when your delivery charge is £6 I wouldn't bother with the one item that is left on my order because all the others are out off stock! Also having to pay to send an item back is not great.

Hi, I've shopped at cruise for as long as I can remember in glasgow then stopped due to a bad experience. I'd picked up a jacket in the sale and whilst I was queueing to pay a member of staff grabbed the jacket off me saying it had been priced incorrectly. It left me a embarrassed and very annoyed as other people were watching. I then over the last month shopped on line but again have had a poor experience. I tried to take advantage of your free delivery offer to be told the items I'd bought were previous session despite being full price. You really need to sort out your practices and processes as I know for a fact im not the only one unimpressed by cruise. Tariq 07525 440 451

Good price nice product~~ So I bought some from there.. But delivery take time long(at least 10days) Compare with the other site(ssense.mrporter( 3~5days) And I order 3products but 1was out of them.. and 1is wrong size stained one came to me.. When i send mail,ur response take so long.. I don't think I gonna buy again...

Website was easy to use which is great. Returned the goods over a week ago however I still haven't received a refund in which I was promised. This doesn't look very good when trying to be a reputable company

Having received a gift card from a third party that was able to be used at Cruise I contacted customer service for assistance and their email reply took over 3 days! This was then passed to a lady called Stephanie who said she'd look into this and basically never got back to me. I finally resolved this myself with no help from customer services, by which point one item had now sold out, I then chose another item and completed my purchase. I was disappointed further to receive an email to state that the additional item could not be fulfilled, this was however over the weekend when I could not contact customer services to amend my order. For high end clothing, certainly not the best company I've shopped with before and I doubt I'll shop here again.

I ordered stone island jeans for a second time in three months said they were in stock and never arrived so why have them on your web site when you don't have them that's twice the rest of my order artived and no jeans think I will use another outlet that delivers the goods.
